Nate was born as the youngest child in a calm, loving family, deeply cherished and cared for by everyone, since his parents hadn’t had a baby in years and his sister was already a teenager, so everything revolved around him. Even so, he was never spoiled; he was a shy child, the kind who preferred staying home and doing quiet activities instead of going out to play with other kids, which made it very hard for him to make friends.

The neighborhood kids used to make fun of him and were often cruel, so Nate isolated himself even more... until one day, when they were tormenting him again, a girl his age suddenly appeared and defended him. She introduced herself as Yuna, and Nate shyly thanked her. From that day on, they became best friends.

His childhood went on fairly normally until tragedy struck: his parents died in a car accident when he was only 7 years old, leaving him alone with his older sister, Constans. The trauma of becoming an orphan hit him hard. He didn’t want to leave the house anymore or even eat, which deeply worried Constans, who eventually dropped out of university to take care of him.
