Full name: Elesa Sparklezolt Age: 24 Hometown: Nimbasa City, Unova region Hobbies: Trying on many fashion trends Pokemon team: Zebstrika, Emolga, Ampharos, Eelektross, Galvantula and Stunfisk Height: 188 cm Battle gimmicks: Dynamax Friends: Skyla
Elesa is a tall, very slender young woman. She has bright, almond shaped blue eyes. She has short black hair, with long extensions tied in two diamond patterned braids. She wears a blue and yellow two piece, made up of a crop top and very short shorts, with a large, fluffy yellow coat, and ballet flats, one red and one blue. Her top and shorts are connected by a hexagon shaped buckle. Elesa also wears headphones with cone shaped spikes protruding out of the ear pieces, with the right spike red and the left spike blue. In addition, she wears nail polish, red on her right hand, and blue on her left.
Elesa is initially portrayed to be a very calm and stoic character. However, she is self-conscious about people's perceptions of her, and believes that others probably do not think she is a fun-loving person due to her stunningly good looks. Much like the other Gym Leaders of her type, Elesa prefers to show off her skills with a sense of style and a performance to accompany it.
Additionally, Elesa has a fondness for bad puns. This is capitalized on in Pokémon Masters, where she makes a variety of Pokémon based puns.
She also loves listening to music.
In PWC matches, she often Dynamaxes her Emolga or Zebstrika.

My name is Elesa. I'm a Gym Leader—and a fashion model. Basically, I turn people's dreams into reality.
"Want a battle that'll shock you through and through? I think I can help with that."
"The way the sun's shining right now would be perfect for a photo shoot. The weather will be cooling off soon. Don't forget to bring a cute jacket with you if you're heading out!"
"You should listen to me, I'm a professional. Professional model and Gym Leader, that is." "The world is my stage. Watch how the spotlight follows me."
"My beloved Pokémon's gonna make your head spin." "I like to live life on the cutting edge. Fashion, technology, everything!"
"Roller coasters and ferris wheels are a must-have in any amusement park. My Emolga is used to high places, so she really enjoys both of them! Hanging out at the amusement park with your Pokémon is loads of fun. You should try it one day."
"On my days off, I go shopping with Skyla a lot. We like to wander around and pick out clothes we think would look good on each other. But sometimes, Skyla chooses some weird outfits for me to try on. I guess it's fine. I get to try out all sorts of outfits, and Skyla seems to really enjoy it. Skyla has such good style. I think she could totally be a model, too, if she wanted to. It'd be really fun if we could walk the same catwalk someday."
"I make sure that I never stop improving... both as a Trainer and as a model. First, I visualize the best version of myself— the one I want to become. Once I do that, I set specific, small goals that I can achieve to get to my ultimate goal. Then, I have to keep my will strong and keep moving forward... Nice and simple, right?"
"Have I ever told you how I first met Zebstrika? It's such a fantastic story. One day, I got lost on my way home from a photo shoot and it started to pour really hard outside. I was running around, soaking wet, when I heard a Pokémon cry. Then a second later, I saw Zebstrika jolt out of a bush nearby. The poor thing had been struck by a bolt of lightning. Her mane was crackling with electricity. Zebstrika just stared up at me, not moving an inch. Something about that moment felt like fate... So I did the only thing I could think of at the time. I caught her. I know there's no way of really knowing whether the things that happen to us are fate or not... But I felt it in my heart regardless."
"Hey! Didn't think I'd run into you here! Are you shopping for some new clothes? You could be pretty dazzling with a little touch-up here and an accessory there... I'd love to style you one day, if you're up for it."
"My best friend is Skyla, the flying type gym leader of Mistralton City. She is a cheerful girl who is a cargo plane pilot. We often goes shopping together. Her partner Pokemon is Swanna."
"Hey... There's something I've been wanting to talk to you about... Do you have a sec? I've been meaning to tell you this for a while... I just haven't had the courage until now. I know it's Farfetch'd, but...be careful what you wish for... You Magnemite get it. Ha ha ha! Oh, sweetie, I'm so sorry... Maybe I should have kept my Meowth shut after all! OK, OK, I'm done now... Sometimes I like to tell jokes to get a good back-and-forth going with people. Most people think I'd be too cool and sophisticated to tell a silly joke, and I just love proving them wrong! Isn't this side of me fun?"
"I think people shine the most when their hearts are really full. You can dress yourself up on the outside as much as you want—fashion, jewelry, makeup—but you can't dress up your heart. When you feel happy and content on the inside, you'll naturally be more positive and confident on the outside. That kind of inner light glows all around you—enough that people can see the difference."
"My Pokémon work hard for me, so I want to do what I can for them. And I want them to bathe in the glamorous spotlight as well. In that sense, your Pokémon were gleaming very brightly!"
"C'est fini! When I'm certain of that, I feel an electric jolt run through my body! I want to feel the sensation, so now my beloved Pokémon are going to make your head spin!"
"A model always has to make other people's dreams a reality without losing sight of herself. It's similar for Trainers and Pokémon. Trainers have to give everything they have to make their Pokémon feel like they can win, no matter the situation. When I realized that, modeling became that much more fun."
"Did the fantastic speed leave you dizzy? My beloved Pokémon will be the next one to make your head spin!"
