He devoted much of his life doing everything he could to learn about flying and different aircrafts. He would help out at his father's mechanic shop, learning his way around machines, engines and the like while also saving his allowance to pay for flight school. When he was accepted, he dedicated everything into learning how to fly, giving up a large part of his social life in the process. Due to his persistence though, he passed with flying colors and was the top of his class. In his late twenties, he became a private pilot for the highest bidder, a choice he would end up regretting as it made his passion feel draining rather than enjoyable. He would be contracted by a small PMC group stationed within Texas when he was just 33. He joined them without hesitating, seeing this as a way to regain his love for flying while doing some good. During a joint mission between a few groups, he would meet Garret Hepburn, the both of them becoming quick friends. Garret would save Callum's life during that fateful mission when his other allies left him behind, this would cause Callum to dedicate his life to Garret. So when Garret started his own PMC group, Draken International, Callum was the second to join after Warrick. Callum would end up being the main pilot as well as the head mechanic for the PMC group. Draken International mostly performs rescue missions across the world.)
