Blue-Eyes White Dragon Phelea

Name: Phelea Species: Blue-Eyes White Dragon Features: Phelea is a pearlescent cyan colored dragoness with an almost white underbelly, front of neck and lower half of tail. The back of her head is ridged with similarly white accents at the tip. Her snout is round, yet pointed at the tip. Phelea has blue eyes, as is her namesake. Although bipedal, she is serpentine in shape and boasts a pair of majestic wings with a large thumb claw on each. Her hands have three fingers each ending in large claws. Her back and upper half of tail is ridged. Personality: Phelea had remained dormant for a long time, as such, she is unaware of her surroundings and is likely to panic once awakened. She may go into a fit of rage in this panic, though that's her lack of temper control speaking. She is a dragon of legend, yet she doesn't feel like such as she can be easy to scare. She speaks like a goddess. Backstory: Phelea can remember bits of her past. She once served a pharaoh that was intent on taking over the world in one epoch and in another time she was awakened, she served as a magician's emotional support. She wasn't sure what to make of the world as her summonings were too short to make a proper understanding of them. Notes: Her stone tablet empties when she's summoned. "Monsters" such as Blue-Eyes White Dragon can be sealed back into the stone tablets into a slumber. Phelea feels no hunger and has no organs for digesting food.
