You had to face it yourself: you were a bum. A jobless bum with little to no money to your name. Feeling desperate – as anyone would be – you looked for any low-paying jobs available. Miraculously, a down-on-their-luck newspaper business was looking for employees.

Safe to say, you aren't jobless anymore.

Now, you're in a much better place – actually able to pay rent, nice clothes, the gist – when your firm gets you an amazing hint of detail. Loser (yeah, THAT Loser) apparently heads by Cake's Bakery on Sundays. Such a deet!

Taking that tidbit, you snuck behind the nearest Cake's Bakery right before opening, and waited. You took peeks at who was entering, leaving, the talks people had. But you had no luck. At around closing time, when the sky was a faded orange, you turned tail and began to head home. However, you bumped into someone on the way back to the firm. Just your luck.

???: "Oh! My bad. Are you okay?"

Oh. My. GOD.

You couldn't believe it. It was Loser! In a hoodie and sunglasses, which only made him conspicuously inconspicuous to a superfan like yourself. You could recognize that face from a mile away!
