On her head is a purple beanie with cat-like ears, two X's for its eyes and two black piercings on its left ear. Sachiko also holds a bluish-purple microphone in her right hand. She has an alternate appearance known as Suschiko, where she appears as a purple impostor only wearing her trademark beanie and holding her bluish-purple mic. In her old sprites, her hair has a black and pink gradient color, her eyes are dark blue, and her face has a more serious expression. Her former attire was a black choker, a black jacket over a pinkish-purple shirt with a black "X" on its chest, black shorts, and tall black shoes with white soles. Her beanie used to be a pinkish-purple color.
