He is often calm most of the time and seems to think that he is on top of everyone, likely due to his pride of his country, Stan. He tends to work alone on most cases throughout the series, although he does sometimes ask people he respects for their opinion. He has short white hair in a bowl-cut style that cover his slightly pointed ears and wears round glasses. His right arm is robotic and is able to produce some kind of energy that can take different forms, such as a hand or sword, or simply be used as an energy gun. He's often seen in a high collared white jacket/overcoat with the symbol of Stan on the front and wears striped blue underwear underneath. In The Stan Trip, he comes to Chicken Island in a white suit. In combat mode, he gains a bulkier right arm and a robotic cover on his left hand, gains an armored torso and robotic boots with a blue glow. His hair points upward from the energy. Anger mode looks very similar to his combat mode, but with a red glow instead.
