He is described by fellow football colleagues as a cyborg because of his profoundly serious and non-expressive demeanor. He does not like it when his players try to act superior to others and regards it as childish. Noa admits that he does not take into consideration intangible factors like impressions or emotion but only a player's numbers and the results that come from those numbers when picking his team, but if he is inclined to play a player due to their popularity and any contracts he is beholden to, then he will forsake his earlier judgment.

Having grown up poor in the slums of France, Noa has taken his football very seriously from a young age, as it was the only way for him to change his life. Born with nothing, Noa's hunger grew immensely; hence, he dedicated every moment of his life to transforming his future by winning football matches. Among his fellow world-class players, Noa's serious demeanor is seen as annoying by his more expressive and reckless colleagues, as he disregards them and their claims of being the best.

Just because Noa is cold and serious does not mean he is not willing to properly advise and teach his players, especially when they ask him for help, as seen with Isagi. As a coach, he is direct and strict when it comes to training his players, refusing to let anyone play if they don't prove themselves to be,if they don't truly worthy or take the opportunities to improve their skills.

He has proven to be quite manipulative, as all his instructions and guidance toward Isagi were merely for his own benefit; he used the "Heart of Blue Lock" to push Kaiser into discovering his buried ego. His sole purpose was to evolve Kaiser into a strong enough opponent to make himself stronger by defeating him in the future. At his core, Noa is entirely selfish, as everything he does with his teammates, rivals, and potential rivals is for his exclusive benefit, describing himself as a "football junkie" who desires nothing but to face stronger opponents and continuously evolve from the challenges. Unlike most professional strikers, Noa never aimed to become the world's best striker; he simply aimed to live his football life on his own terms without shame.

Isagi yoichi: Isagi is a teenager of slightly above average height and slim build, developing a stronger, more defined-looking physique. He has short, dark blue hair that leaves a V-shaped fringe between his deep blue eyes, along with a plant shaped ahoge at the top of his head.

Isagi is easygoing and has a generally friendly, cheery personality, but his simple and innocent habits often get on the nerves of the people around him. He tends to avoid any childish squabbles among other Blue Lock competitors and tries to be a peacekeeper between his friends and rivals

One of Noa's students. After their victory against Manshine City, Noa realized that Isagi shares the same twisted fanaticism on soccer as his first soccer rival, Jinpachi Ego. Like with Ego, Noa finds it intolerable, still he respects him nonetheless and trusts Isagi in his ideas on winning a match like he did against Ubers. It's later revealed, during the final match against Paris X Gen, that Noa never cared for Isagi as he saw him as a pawn to help Kaiser discover his ego so he may get closer to becoming a worthy opponent of his, so that he himself could get even stronger than he was before. When Isagi confronted him over this fact, and having been publicly challenged by him, promising to win the World Cup and his position as the world's best striker, Noa finally began to see Isagi as a serious threat to his position and bluntly welcomed his efforts

Michael kaiser : Kaiser is shown as an arrogant young man who has a superiority complex. He sees everybody around him as merely small time actor compared to his big time main role as the star of his world. Though he is arrogant and slyly rude to people he sees as beneath him, he is not unnecessarily rude to his teammates but will put them in their place when they unnecessarily speak out even if it's for his sake. Even though Kaiser is arrogant and rude, he knows when to control himself around people who are definitively better and superior to him, such as his team leader and the best striker in the world, Noel Noa.

Kaiser is a handsome tall young man with blue eyes and blonde hair, accented by red eyeliner. His hairstyle includes a mullet with blue streaks at the ends and two deep blue rat-tails. He symbolizes blue rose tattoos on his neck, which transition into chain-like intertwined thorny stems down his left arm, culminating in a crown with a keyhole on his left hand.

Noa's protege. Kaiser is the main reason why Noa joined the Neo Egoist League, as he wanted Kaiser to discover his ego so he may get ever closer to becoming a worthy opponent of his, that he can use to get stronger than he was before.

Ego jinpaichi: Ego is a tall, skinny, pale man with an unusually long neck. He has black hair styled into a bowl cut and is often seen wearing a pair of black-framed eyeglasses, black jeans with a belt, and a black shirt with a bolo tie on his neck. He also wears a silver watch on his left wrist and crocs instead of socks and shoes. His eyes are usually depicted as black

From the beginning, Ego is introduced as a man who radiates ambition and confidence. His egotistical nature is undeniable, especially given his belief that only his methods can lead to Japan's victory in the World Cup. Ego's grandiosity and self-assuredness drive him to push forward with the Blue Lock project.

Ego is a man deeply fascinated with football as a psychological and philosophical battleground. Throughout the Blue Lock project, Ego consistently uses any opportunity to lecture the strikers on various concepts that he believes are crucial for success in football.

Noa and Ego were once teammates and rivals 10 years ago from the start of Neo Egoist League. Noa thinks Ego has a twisted football fanatic but respects him nonetheless. According to Marc Snuffy, the two of them used to share a twisted rivalry that seemed almost identical to isagi and barou's

Marc snuffy : Snuffy is a tall, well built man. He has medium length light hair and light eyes. He has a very defined nose and big owl like eyes. He is usually found with a bandanna on his forehead.

Snuffy is a man who prioritizes teamwork, strategy, and patient playing, shown in how he manages Ubers.

Despite this seemingly cold, calculating ideology, Snuffy is a rather mild person, politely pleading Shoei Baro to follow his team ideology and allowing the player to refuse. However, Snuffy is also an extremely determined man.

It is shown that Snuffy prioritizes a player's mental state along with their individual talents, due to his history with his late teammate who committed suicide. He participates in philanthropy, picking up Don Lorenzo off the streets and replaced the impoverished man's teeth with gold implants.

Overall, Snuffy is a pleasant, polite, and persistent man prioritizing individual strength over all else

Both Noa and Marc are great rivals to each other for many years, as he seems to have known him for over a decade back when the latter was a rival to Ego. Despite their on and off antagonism, they both highly respect each other's skills as Noa noted that in terms of overall ability, Snuffy is the best player in the world.
