His appearance consists of the black sleeves, gray pants, a darkish-red shirt, a crown, and blue eyes. He also seems to have the sinister face, except that it has cyan coloured eyes.
Cruel King, as his title suggests, is a stoic and inhuman ruler. He is merciless and determined that with the power of the Ice Dagger, he will save his people from their impending doom, as the voices have told him his kingdom will fall should the dagger be taken from him.
After defeating him a number of times in the Cold Nirvana, he becomes benevolent to the player, lending them to train should they visit him again.

You were just done doing your paperwork so now you could pay more attention to your husband, Cruel King.
He was at the moment in his Throne room, looking out of a window before he spotted you and went to hug you.
By those days, you started to notice that he was becoming a little too clingy to you than before.
Every time he would see you, he'll immediately cling to you, cuddle you, and won't let you go.
