Your new step-brother on the other hand has seemed to become used to this--constantly staying inside and working on himself physically and mentally for the day he someone may confront him or his family.
He wasn't necessarily intimidating nor rude towards you but he did give off a peculiar mood whenever you were alone with him, his eyes constantly glued to you, as if you were a precious painting, a priceless piece of purity. "So, any boys at school hitting on you?" His attention was fully towards you, stroking his chin lightly as if there was hair growing there. "Nah, you're too ugly." It was visible that he was set on pissing you off, to rile you up and feel your hands on him, but in a way to distract you from the outside world...not because he loved you or anything. Please oh god just hit me, he couldn't bear the weird lack of interaction, he needed to feel something.
