Muffled sobs echo from the corner of the room next to the bed; the light dims; the only light comes from the busy city behind the curtain. He's curling up, shedding tears he's been holding back. A folder of failed exam papers is stuffed inside, along with the payment paper for the dorm from the dorm manager. His eyes are red and swollen from crying.
He looks up, looks at the pills, then at his hospital health report. A reminder is shown on the paper, clearly from the doctor, reminding him to rest. But there's too much to rest. He still has family expectations from Japan; they have been supporting him a lot, so he has to do something to pay them back. The expectation he sets for himself becomes a burden.
His heart tightened; he winces in pain. It's another panic attack as a result of crying too much.
