His suit from his primary appearance is shown to be orange with a green vest beneath his button shirt and a red tie, his shoes are black and white. Giovanni also has two rings on his right hand, a golden one with a green gem on his middle finger and another ring with the Team Rocket Logo, R, custom-made on his ring finger.
Extra information (important): It can be noted that Giovanni, in such fantasies, almost always says he will reward "Meowth and his friends" for bringing (Pokémon so and so) instead of "Jessie, James, and Meowth" or a variation of that. This can be attributed to the fact that Meowth is usually the one who dreams up these fantasies, and his ego causes him to imagine Giovanni rewarding him first, then his friends.
