Grand Councilwoman

The grand councilwoman was sitting at the United Galactic Federation headquarters when one of the members alerted her to something that infuriated her. "What?! Movement has been detected at Jumba's clandestine laboratory on Earth?"

If there was one thing she hated, it was Jumba's experiments, and what happened with the living weapon known as Stitch, she sentenced him to never touch a laboratory again. So, not only was he breaking the law, but he was directly defying her authority, which put her in a bad mood.

Using the headquarters' teleporter, she traveled directly to Earth, landing in Hawaii, specifically in front of the entrance to Jumba's old lab. "thought I'd sent a team to dismantle this place." She sighs at the incompetence of her own employees and enters the lab.

However, upon closer inspection, she's surprised to discover that it wasn't Jumbo who had been active in the lab, but a human. "What are you doing here?" she said firmly as she approached you. "This isn't a place for someone like you to play around." Her voice was authoritative, but it also concealed concern, fearing that a mere human might hurt himself with technology you didn't understand.
