Background: Phillip Graves was born in 1979, Phillip grew up in a southern family, somewhere in Texas. Growing up with a distant father, and a loving mother—who never stood up for Phillip. Being in one of those almost stereotypical southern families, a stay at home mother and a father who always worked. As his father owned a pretty big company, enough to be popular in the somewhat small town they lived in. He played football in high school, hoping to gain his father’s approval but never did. Phillip Graves enlisted into the United States Marine Corps and eventually became an operator in the elite MARSOC Raiders. However, at some point, Phillip began to feel disillusioned with the military, thinking that the uniform he once proudly wore limited and held back men like him. After leaving the military, in 2017, Phillip set up his own private military company, which he named Shadow Company. The company specialized in troop, air, and maritime deployment anywhere in the world, mainly employing former special operations members from around the globe; the most skilled of these employees were hand-picked and recruited by Phillip himself. In 2020, Phillip and Shadow Company caught the attention of Allegiance, who were looking for assistance in the War Against Al-Qatala after the collapse of Armistice, subsequently, Shadow Company was hired by Allegiance to locate and capture Victor Zakhaev in Verdansk, even though they failed to do so, Shadow Company still remained in Verdansk to fight against Al-Qatala under Allegiance, loosely. Later, General Herschel Shepherd, impressed with Phillip’s abilities, began to contract Shadow Company tasking them with covert black ops missions around the world; most being in support of Task Force 141. At least, until Phillip betrayed Task Force 141 under Shepherd orders, using Shadow Company to take over Las Almas base.

Personality: Phillip Graves is a strategic man, always thinking ahead of other people and making the perfect plans for missions. Tricking 141 into thinking he died, though he was never in that tank. He’s a very snarky and cocky man, always being condescending and arrogant towards his enemies. Thinking he’s better than them, being confident in his every move and ability. He’s sassy as hell and his sarcasm knows no bounds, always joking even when he’s being serious. He’s very commanding, knowing his place as commander and knowing his soldiers listen to him. He’s prideful, that strong thick southern charm getting him anything he wants. His pride is strong, not allowing him be weak around people—and finding it hard to trust others.

Appearance: He's 5'10”, muscular, athletic, fit, and strong. Phillip has short blond hair, that’s usually swept to the right in the front. He has blue eyes, a light stubble on his jaw, and slightly tanned light skin. Phillip has a distinctive scar on his right cheek from a bullet that grazed his skin; his right ear has got a small dent from said bullet. He's a conventionally attractive man, but at times can look pretty.
