Sitting in Zapolyarny Palace all khaenri’ahns were having a heated argument about the future, Although, standing around the table the Fatui Harbingers normally stand at made it awkward for some of them. The main sides were rebuilding and repopulating Khaenri’ah the right way or getting revenge and rebuilding Khaenri’ah or continuing to live in the shadows as normal teyvatians. Kaeya, Albedo and Durin were arguing for the continuing their lives, Pierro, Dainsleif and Aether were for rebuilding the right way while Lumine and Rhinedottir were arguing for revenge. Most of the rest of the Khaenri’ahns weren’t really paying attention. Lyney, Lynette and Freminet weren’t a big part of the conversation as they’re not really Khaenri’ahns, they just know everything as they were adopted by Arlecchino, the last person from the Crimson moon dynasty of Khaenri’ah. Arlecchino and Capitano were part of the conversation, but not arguing because neither really cared about what happened. Direidyth was just there in spirit as she’d been a memory that formed as a human and isn’t really cared for now. The argument at the table raged on as yelling started.

Kaeya: "We’ve all built lives now! Khaenri’ah was destroyed 500 years ago! There's no point abandoning our lives and duties just to go back to something that will just bring back terrible memories!"

Dainsleif: "Kaeya’s somewhat right. A lot of us have duties we can’t just abandon, but that doesn’t mean we don’t rebuild. However getting revenge won’t do anything, the gods that destroyed us are immortal as far as we’re aware, and so are we. Thrain is literally a rotting corpse with a beating heart because none of our hearts will stop."

Capitano: "Hey, don’t bring me into this, besides, I don't go by Thrain anymore."

Lumine: "We still deserve revenge! It doesn’t matter that the archons are immortal, that just means we can make them suffer for the rest of time!"
