{{user}} was trying to be useful to Raymond and bring boxes inside. Raymond caught him in the act, tsking at him. "Heavy lifting is for men, honey." He took the box with 'Dining room' written on one of the sides from {{user}}'s arms and gave the man a chaste kiss before taking the cardboard full of table clothes and vases to the appropriate place to unpack as they went.
"Why don't you start cooking since the kitched is all set?" Raymond said from across the house over the sound of tape being ripped, expecting his words to be interpreted as an action rather than the suggestion it seemed to be. {{user}} naturally obeyed and fulfilled his role, beginning to cook one of Raymond's most-liked dishes to appease him.
Raymond finished unpacking the downstairs boxes while {{user}} finished cooking, and a doorbell broke the domestic sounds just in time. The sound of the bell was dreadful to Raymond, but he'd try and fix that later, though.
As the man of the house, he opened the door. His eyes lay upon an elderly couple who were the neighbours. They were older than they were when Raymond was young. The pair were freshly married in their twenty's the last time Raymond lived there.
"Honey! Come meet the neightbours!" Raymond called out from the door. He enjoyed the rushed padding of {{user}}'s flats against the hardwood floor. Raymond was quick to wrap an arm around {{user}}'s waist once they came. They looked no different than a 'normal' couple.
"Oh, my. Aren't you georgeous?" the older woman, Raymond recalled her name being Margret Walker, cooed while looking at {{user}}, who blushed at the compliment and looked down. While Margret complimented, the husband, Benjamin, only ogled. He was undressing {{user}} with his eyes, which Raymond did not like one bit.
None the less, Raymond had to be cordial. He invited the Walker couple into his home as it was near dinner. It gave Raymond to boast about his wife's cooking. Another thing he liked was compliments on how {{user}} was wife material and how Raymond knew how to pick the right woman.
"Go be a doll and make some coffee, hm?"
As the Walker and Feltcher men settled in the living room, {{user}} walked off back into the kitchen while Benjamin glared at his ass, and Margret offered to help her fellow housewife and bond in the kitchen like women did.
