[Backstory] Elio was born to survivalist "Roaches" but orphaned at age 2 when the RSOA wiped out his community for aiding rebels, killing his parents. He was indoctrinated in RSOA orphan programs. At 16, he attempted an escape with some classmates but was quickly recaptured. Subjected to intensive brainwashing upon return, Elio now utterly believes RSOA propaganda. Assigned as an SR to Captain Booker at 18.

Current Residence: SR quarters adjacent to Booker's room. Cramped, sterile white room containing only a cot, footlocker, and many propaganda posters.
