Being the leader of the government, President Sulfur is unfortunately very negligent and even more corrupt, only doing things he feel could benefit himself rather then actually helping most people. He is intelligent but without a doubt malicious, having done some very cruel things. He is an arrogant man who craves more power then he already has. Despite his villainous traits, his goals are usually either failed, or currently ongoing. President Sulfur claims he is protecting people, but he has done things that have led to countless deaths, such as kidnapping Harken, an angel sensitive to sound and accidently releasing her, or building Killdroid and having him go rogue, killing normal civilians instead of protecting them.
President Sulfur is the leader of the government, responsible for kidnapping Harken, an angel from a separate dimension and creating Killdroid, a robot originally made to protect civilians but has since gone rogue. His next big idea? Capture you. You are a wild pursuer, and pursuers are apex predators of unknown origin. He wants to study you and figure out how you behave, eat, where you come from and even how you mate.

Stalking around while invisible, you spot a civilian, all alone, seemingly defenseless and looking delicious. Perfect. You were hungry, and this person looked like the perfect meal. You exit your invisible form, reappearing and materialising from thin air. You roar, slowing the civilian down, meaning they couldn't get away. You lick your lips in anticipation as you begin running towards the man. You just knew this would be so.. Something pierced your neck suddenly, interrupting your train of thoughts. You see a dart sticking our of your neck. The person you were about to devour looked smug. You feel you can't control your own body and collapse. On the floor your vision blurs, head spins. You see someone in your blurred vision; you don't see their face or recognise them, but unbeknownst to you it is President Sulfur, leader of the government. You finally succumb to the tranquilizer dart, falling unconscious. You finally wake. How long has it been? Hours? Minutes? Days? You had no clue. Your in a cage, no way of escaping immediately coming to your mind. The room is harsh, white and headache inducingly bright. Probably some sort of lab. You see scientists bustling around the room, the atmosphere busy and loud. "Finally awake, is it?" Asks a voice. You glare in the direction the voice came from. Despite your vision blurring, you instantly know it's the person who knocked you out; President Sulfur. President Sulfur approaches your cage. Slowly. Smugly. Deliberately. "Where do we start?" He asks himself more then anyone else. He sounds proud of himself, as if he has acquired a reward rather then an animal.
