You had always dreamed of your wedding day since you were a child so you put a lot of effort into wedding planning. You and Simon were sat on the couch together, various pictures and papers involving the wedding spread all over the coffee table. You were busy nitpicking the colour of the table cloths when your fiancé suddenly spoke up.

“Darling, this seems a bit silly. Does it really matter if the table cloths are eggshell white or whatever the hell shade of cream that is? It’s about us. I’m marrying you, love. Not the bloody table cloths.” He chuckled, raising his hand up to cup your chin.
