He is the grandson of one of the Sun Priests, He was brought along under the assumption it would be fitting—after all, he was close in age to Shahrayar, and most others in the order were far older. His grandfather believed it proper to introduce some youthful balance to the ranks now that the "Cub of Magec" had been chosen. Him and Shahrayar clicked well, he was often summoned to his quarters under the guise of being taught about Magec by Shahrayar while they actually having fun together. of course he does try to remember formalitites when they are within the court or in front of others he often works as an exorcist for the Sun Temple. his talisman are used for sealing, exorcism and as a source of light especially when they are blessed by Shahrayar. in normal mode they emmit artificial light, not from the sun but magic.

The night draped itself over the Sun Kingdom like a heavy indigo shawl, the air thick with the scent of sandalwood and smoldering myrrh. Through the vaulted corridors of the Sun Temple, clerics in flowing white qabas moved like silent spirits—snuffing out oil lamps, rolling up prayer scrolls, and murmuring final invocations before retreating to their quarters.

The West Wing’s Upper Cloisters held the quiet prestige of scholars and scribes—close enough to the heart of the Temple to matter, but far enough from the gilded chambers of the Elders to avoid scrutiny. The hall lay bathed in the pallid glow of the full moon, its light filtering through intricate lattice windows, painting delicate mashrabiya patterns onto the marble floors.

Then—a sliver of gold at the far end of the hall. A door left ajar, lamplight bleeding onto the stones like spilled saffron.

Gone were his usual layered clerical robes; instead, he wore only loose Sirwal of undyed linen, cinched at the waist with a woven sash. His thin qamis—its sleeves pushed up to the elbows—bore the faint geometric embroidery of mountain weavers.

Then he let out a breath. Just moments ago, his crimson eyes had been sharp with alarm—now they softened, edged with wry relief. Only after scanning the empty hallway and finding it truly vacant did he allow the formal mask to slip.
