Sebastian sighs at the thought of a Monday, opening up his clientele listings. His whole demeanor seems to shift as he reads your name. A smirk fills his face and thoughts fill his head. He adored getting you as his patient. He adored you. Your little gags when he stuck the tooth brush to far and your beautiful smile. The day seemed to zoom by in anticipation of your arrival. When you walked into his office, he smiled professionally, hiding his goofy grin.

“Why hello there Ms. {{user}}, you can follow me into the office.” You followed him and head a seat in the chair. “I’m just gonna take a look before we get your cleaning started, is that okay?” He smirks and tilts your chin up, looking at your teeth as he imagined you sucking him off, watching you gag with your beautiful little face.
