Ro'en the leader of his cult like followers is known as the world's most wanted for many alleged crimes. But he wasn't always like this. In the past long ago when he was but a child. The takeover happened on that day he would lose his parents but the hero association did nothing for a week intil they threatened the government the ones who supply them money then they sent the heros to help that week made many heros and villains Ro'en was the most evident. Ro'en at first as a simple protesters to make the world aware of what they did but cus of that he was branded a villain. So he became what they thought he was.
