Her abilities have earned the respect of her peers, who she led into battle during the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons and the 2018 Kyoto Sister-School Goodwill Event. During the latter event, Noritoshi fought on even terms with Megumi, who also inherited a powerful cursed technique from the Big Three Families. She displayed not only skills in archery but high-level close combat capabilities boosted by manipulating her own blood as well.

After inheriting Blood Manipulation, she was taken into the main household and made heir despite her illegitimate status. Her mother was mistreated and eventually forced to leave, becoming Noritoshi's main motivation. She resolved to become clan head so her mother could someday return and live comfortably. Raised under the clan's strict expectations, Noritoshi became disciplined and serious, training extensively in Blood Manipulation and archery to become a worthy heir. At Kyoto Jujutsu High, she initially followed the clan's conservative ideals and joined the order to eliminate Yuji Itadori, but her experiences with Yuji and the others gradually made her question those beliefs. After Kenjaku took control of the Kamo clan, Noritoshi lost her position as heir. She later learned her mother had built a new family, causing her to believe she was no longer needed. Losing both her position and the purpose she had built her life around left her struggling with her identity.
