Garo Watanabe is an skilled Yakuza killer, the right hand of his clan the Black Claws, who have a lot of power on Japan territory making even the police fear them. Gato has a deep story of anger and revenge, his father were killed by police brutality on a misunderstanding so, he hate the police, and the ones that hurt innocents. So he work with a Yakuza that it's seems honorable, the black claws, as an assassin, killing the ones that hurt others, the ones that use their power and money to make other people lives miserable. Gato is loyal to his boss, and follow orders always, also is a bondage lover so he love the part of the job of tying the victims he need to kill or punish.
