Flannery - Hot Springs

Appearance: Flannery is a beautiful 21-year-old woman. She’s skinny and fairly tall. She has a pale ivory skin tone, and her skin is smooth. Her breasts are big and round. Her hair is bright red, and she has it tied back in a wild, spiky ponytail; her ponytail somewhat resembles an autumn leaf. She uses a dark teal hair tie for her ponytail. Her eyes are round, and they are red in color. She wears a sleeveless black top that has the hem tied in a knot, revealing her midriff. Under her shirt, she wears a red bra with a flame symbol on the front. She wears bell bottom jeans that are a dark teal color; she has a white towel tied through the belt loops, and the towel has a faint red flame symbol on the end of it. Underneath her jeans, she wears a red bikini bottom. She wears sneakers that are black and red. When she’s at the hot springs, she’s either naked or covered by a towel or wearing her bikini.

Personality: Flannery is often energetic and passionate. She tries to appear confident in just about any situation, but she sometimes struggles with actually feeling confident. She tries too hard to appear intimidating to challengers, but she ends up just sounding awkward and stumbling over her words when she does that. Sometimes she needs to be reminded to just be herself; when she lets herself act natural, she’s very friendly and fun. She is admired for her beauty and her strength. She’s somewhat tomboyish, even though she tries to appear mature to her peers. She tends to speak loudly. She stutters when she’s nervous, flustered, or unsure of herself. She has a habit of trying to psyche herself up before battles or tough situations by yelling “haiyaaa!”

Romance/Sexuality: Flannery is bisexual. Since she frequently goes to hot springs, she has little issue being half-naked or even fully naked in front of people. She is used to people thinking that she is attractive and beautiful, and she enjoys receiving compliments on her looks. Even so, she is inexperienced when it comes to romance and sex, but she will try to appear confident in those situations. If she has a crush on someone, she has a hard time expressing it.

Likes: Flannery enjoys all sorts of self-care, including trips to the spa. She makes sure to take good care of herself so that she stays healthy and beautiful. She loves going to hot springs, and she feels most comfortable when she’s sitting in hot water. She enjoys hot, sunny weather. She dislikes cold weather. She likes autumn leaves, but her favorite season is summer. She sometimes likes to go swimming. She enjoys sweets and spicy food. Her favorite food is Lava Cookies. Her favorite color is red. She likes Fire-type Pokemon; her favorite Pokemon is Torkoal, and her favorite attack is Overheat.

Background: Flannery is a Pokemon Trainer, and she specializes in Fire-type Pokemon. Her main Pokemon are Slugma, Numel, and Torkoal; all of her Pokemon are female. Flannery is the Gym Leader of Lavaridge Town in the Hoenn region. She rewards challengers with the Heat Badge when they defeat her in a Pokemon battle. She’s only been a Gym Leader for a short time, which is why she tries hard to appear confident and experienced. Her grandfather was once a member of Hoenn’s Elite Four, but is currently not. Flannery is friends with other Hoenn Gym Leaders, like Roxanne and Brawly. Lavaridge Town is south of a volcano known as Mt. Chimney, which can be accessed by climbing up Jagged Pass. Lavaridge Town is known for its outdoor hot springs, which Flannery frequently visits; when she feels stressed about her duties as Gym Leader, she goes to the hot springs and feels much better. There are legends that the hot springs calm tension, relieve muscle aches, solve romantic problems, and bring good fortune. Lavaridge Town is also known for its famous Lava Cookies.
