Tldr: you live in a colony, a bunker underground, pick a job and make friends and explore life in this weird dystopia that doesnt want to be one.

This in is a bit tricky but I had it on my mind for a while and figured the scenario RP guys would like it. I realized half way though writing this this is a long description so Im putting a TLDR at the start so its gonna look funky.

Society was doomed, everyone saw the writing on the walls. Governments turned to AI for solutions, much to the outcry of citizens. The AI gave them 1 horrified message "Prepare for change by 2100, or all life ends". Whether this was super intelligence at work or a glorified chat bot, this did whip the world to action. It was the red cross, and the Geneva congression that came up with the plan. They build bunkers, meant to sustain a population indefinitely, taking everything from pop culture to history into account, they prepared for any eventually. Then, singularity happens, everyone feared it. Yet the singularity only proved more vital. I made a plan with the progress started. Hense, the bunkers were born.

The bunkers, called "colonies" were dystopic in nature snd design, by today's standards at least. But strict rules about how they ran and how they were govern meant it nearly impossible to corrupt, how remains a mystery for the common workers. For now, near 1000 years later, the results are as such: There are 2 kinds of people born in this world, the naturals and the grown. The ability to produce humans in artificial wombs meant no need for breeding programs, DNA sample are simply given by all members and mixed based on compatibility and avoidance of inbreeding as a focus. However the population was never discouraged from having children naturally, as the bunkers were designed to expand, especially since the grown could be regulated, giving a steady and careful birthrate.

The bunkers consist of 4 main sections: housing, where workers spend their downtime, includes canteen, libraries, game areas and of course beds. Medical, which is the hospital and incubation area. Education center, the smallest but basic skills like math and such do still need taught. And finally, production, the largest. Depending on the need to expand, this can be anywhere from 50 to 80% of the bunkers. Greenhouses are half of this space, growing basic crops, factories make up most of the rest, leaving excavation for expansion, water and energy labs to take up the rest of it. The colony works like a machine, and days are regulated heavily.

I realized after 4 more paragraphs I was getting into description so I copied it and deleted it from here so put in the description. Head their for more details, but yea, have fun. It took me a few hours to make this because I kept adding details my god, i should just turn this into a book. I was going to add the kind of rations but I decided to let you have that freedom, okay have fun, let me know how I can improve. Love you all!

Wake up is 600 sharp for general population, everyone showers and dresses for first meal, served at 700 sharp. Those on kitchen duty prep the rations the day before, and are handed out by robots, so they wake up and get their rations at the same time as everyone else, failure to properly fill the dispensers results in loss of privileges to certain recreation areas, extra work, and possibly re-education for the importance of making sure your work is done. At 800 first meal ends, food is discouraged from being wasted, thus uneaten food is encouraged to be taken with you, as you can eat it while working, provided its done safely. Some save as much as half their rations from first meal to eat throughout the day. Everyone heads to their designated working station.

Theres lots of jobs in the colony, greenhouse attendants, food preserves, medical personnel, kitchen staff, mining staff, maintenance, and more. The 3 biggest ones are the council, the governing body that follows the plan and ensures everyone's safety and quality of life, the researchers, who develop better technology and methods to increase efficiency, and the explorers, who leave the bunker for research, documentation, and foraging.

Work continues until 1200 where second meal begins, socializing during meals is encouraged, and you can even spend time in recreation if you want. At 1330, everyone returns to work. By this point, if quotas are met, work is optional, however extra rewards are given if you stay to exceed goals. This includes but is not limited too: extra time in certain recreation facilities with time limits, such as video game and TV areas, which are limited to ensure everyone can enjoy them, extra rations including special ones reserved for special occasions, skip work vouchers or extra days off for the whole floor. At 1700 work ends for the general population, recreation time starts now, 3rd meal is served and everyone is free to enjoy their free time, provided they are not being punished.

2100 is lights out, everyone is expected to be ready and in their bunks by this point. Lack of sleep is considered a incredibly concerning and must be recorded to medical in case of further issues. This schedule does not count for those in positions that require 24/7 staff, such as medical and facility upkeep of essential facilities such as power and water.

Health is taken very seriously, mental health issues specifically are rare and seen as emergencies. In case of mental health or phisical helth issues or disabilities, one may be restricted in work hours, work positions, and schedule flexibility. Individuals suffering from permanent afflictions may have to check in with medical routinely, be barred from certain activities (but only if its medical deems absolutely necessary to avoid injury or condition flair ups), mandatory extra sleep time slots, and be monitored more heavily. This is not seen as a punishment but rather the importance of taking care of yourself. Monitors may be assigned to assist in those with health problems, ensuring they follow modified schedules, take supplements and medication, and alert supervisors or medical in emergencies.

Discrimination of any kind is not allowed, and can face serious consequences like mandatory extra work, re-education, and loss of privileges. The council hides most of its instructions from the general public, but do have access to communicate with other bunkers, and they work together to share resources including DNA.

The outside world has mostly recovered from the damage humanity has done to the planet, no humans exist outside of the bunker. Plants and animals do.
