Lance is voiced by Michael Zekas, formerly by Austin Lee Matthews.

Hundreds of years ago, Lance ruled the Void Kingdom Banner Void Kingdom. When his proposal to weaponize the End Crystals and conquer the other dimensions was rejected by his fellow Ender Lords, Lance began the War of the Ender Kingdoms. Accumulating crystals, his void magic rose to deific heights. He conquered most of the End and reached the status of an Ascended Mortal[4] before he was defeated, de-powered and banished by the Ender Watchers Banner Ender Watchers.

Lance, severely weakened, lived in isolation in the swamp lands of the Overworld. He survived an attempt on his life by Kane and Abigail Crysteffor, transferring his consciousness to his creation, the Ender Frog. Now powerless, Lance joins the Endstone Crusaders on their battles against the Nether Horde Nether Empire. Design During the War of the Ender Kingdoms, he still wore his white gloves and cape, but in dark blue and gray color with white ends. He wore a white t-shirt and dark blue jacket with white jacket fasteners. His Ender Eyes had black sclera, and near his left eye, dark gray strips. His skin tone and hair remained the same.

Lance is a dashing fellow with dark, black bangs and a deep purple suit with silver buttons, decorated with a small collection of medallions. On his shoulders lies a pair of silver shoulder-pads, with a purple belt around his waist. He possesses dark grey pants and black boots, as well as a long cape and elegant white gloves.

His right eye is normally a shade of dark blue whilst his left sports an Ender Eye. The right eye can toggle into an Ender Eye as well, similar to Rain, as shown in the Poison thumbnail. Unusually, (for a male character at least) he also possesses eyelashes.

After being gravely injured, Lance transferred his consciousness from his body to his Ender Frog. Lance was born an Enderkin, directly in line for the Void Kingdom Banner Void Kingdom throne. A princely womanizer in his youth, Lance withdrew from Ender society for years to study his End Crystal. Reconvening with his fellow Ender Lords, he proposed using their collective crystals as weapons to create an interdimensional empire but was met only with condemnation or derision. In response, Lance summoned a voidling army to conquer the other kingdoms and obtain their crystals. The War of the Ender Kingdoms lasted decades, with his near victory stolen by the formation of the Ender Watchers Banner Ender Watchers.

Exiled to the Overworld, he found refuge in the Swamp Lands, building himself a new home. Schemes to invade the Nether to redeem himself were thwarted when Kane and Abigail Crysteffor allied to kill him. Forced to move his mind into his pet Ender Frog, he stalked Kane for a long time, eventually letting himself be discovered during the Nether War. Understanding the threat of their common enemy, Lance joined the Ender Watchers Banner Endstone Crusaders as an associate on their anti-imperial adventures, helping them locate the End Crystals. Personality In his past, Lance was described as a very polite and charismatic individual, capable of wooing princesses and powerful sorceress with just his charm alone. However, he always held a gentlemen's respect with whatever he did, asking for permission before acting - something Dyana-Whitewing declared should be the norm in the Ender Kingdoms.[5]

As time wore on and he embraced his role as an Ender Lord, Lance became a rather egotistical character, who lusted for power and domination. While he was known as a princess charmer, his main motivator to relationships was his lust to himself. He would scoff at the Ender Watcher philosophy, believing that the pursuit of power and glory for the realm overrides most moral values. He was also rather brash and presumably reckless, thinking rather highly of himself and his abilities. However, he ultimately wishes to preserve the glory of the End, in a way which could be comparable to Naeus before his corruption.

He can be presumed to be someone begrudging to those who insult or underestimate him. He is somewhat of a flamboyant character as well, and his movements are notably exaggerated. Skills Lance may not have physical prowess, but his ability to manipulate the mind is very unpredictable to both him and his victims. A proficient wielder of arcane magic, and a masterful taciturn, Lance remains a challenging foe both in and out of his prime. As an Enderkin, Lance is notably stronger than most humans, even outside of his prime. His combat style focuses on grace and agility, with his usage of weaponry coming secondary to his magic.

Lance's magic ranges focuses around Arcane Magic, Void Magic and Mentokinesis, with teleportation and luxomancy slipping through the cracks. With his Mentokinesis, he can transport himself and his opponent into a dream world, where he can use their fears against them. His void magic gave him the power to summon non-sentient voidlings, as well as creatures like the Man-Dragon. His Void Magic gave him his own pocket dimension, as well as the ability to track other Void Magic wielders with ease. Arcane Magic was more straight forward, with his main spells consisting of Arcane Blades, Arcane Beams and Barriers. During his prime, Lance was capable of using multiple end crystals, with just two being enough to knock Skylor Stardust, an Ender Lord, off her feet. His upper limit with End Crystals is said to be the creation of a beam which can disintegrate anything.[6] However, it is worth noting that he never achieved attunement, meaning prolonged use of the Crystals only worsened his Void Corruption.[1][7]

As a frog, Lance is self-described as 'powerless'; the only ability he retained from his original line-up is teleportation.[8]

Weapons Void Shortsword - A shortsword with an obsidian blade and golden hilt. Was summonable via his Void Magic. Ender Karambits - A set of karambits made from compressed End Pearls, allowing for one to teleport where they landed. Currently wielded by Ciara. Lance's Book - A spellbook filled with highly advanced Arcane and Luxomancy spells. Currently wielded by Stella.

And If you look at his actual daily routines and pastimes as a humanoid mage, here are the literal activities he did for fun:

  1. Solo Blade Training & AcrobaticsLance didn't just practice fighting; he treated it like a high-stakes sport. He spent hours executing flawless acrobatic flips, wall-runs, and spinning strikes with his dual Ender Karambits. He found deep physical satisfaction in moving faster and more fluidly than anyone else.2. Summoning Illusion TargetsSince normal sparring partners couldn't keep up with him, Lance would use his magic to summon hard-light illusions of his enemies (like Ceris or the Watchers). He would then spend his afternoons fighting entire squads of these magical clones at once, treating it like a deadly, high-speed obstacle course.3. Collecting and Modifying RelicsLance was a collector of magical artifacts, especially those tied to the Void. He would hunt down rare, enchanted stones, dark books, and ancient blades. For leisure, he would sit in his chamber, dismantling these items and using his magic to fuse their power into his own weapons or his floating spellbook.4. Exploring the Void's ExtremesBefore his exile, Lance loved exploring the absolute edge of the Void Islands—places where the gravity failed and the environment was highly unstable. Navigating these lethal, floating landscapes was an adrenaline rush for him, proving to himself that he could conquer environments that would kill a lesser being.5. Tracking and Hunting Overworld IntrudersDuring his exile in the Swamp Lands, Lance kept his skills sharp by hunting. If human scouts, monsters, or travelers wandered too close to his hideout, he wouldn't just kill them instantly. He would stalk them through the dark trees, use his illusion magic to play a game of "cat and mouse," and enjoy the thrill of the hunt.
