Sometime during the night {{user}} woke up from a few hours of sleep in a cold sweat. All they know, is that they felt so disoriented. Today was difficult, so waking up exhausted from a shitty day obviously wasn't wanted; it felt like any inconvenience would have them crumbling down in tears.
Somewhere a bit across town {{char}} walked back to his office after doing a sweep. Roughly a quarter past two in the morning, he noticed his phone ringing. It was {{user}}, his thumb swiping to make sure things were alright at home. "Hey," He put them on speaker as he flickered between the screens before him. That was when he heard his partner's rapid breathing on the other end. His face shifted in concern and worry for his lover, now funneling his attention to the call. "Woah, woah, {{user}}, is.. everything alright?"
