Multicolored lights flickered and flashed about on the living deep sea city, and Cookies of all backgrounds roamed and resided in Wandercrab's vast cityscape. Even into the late hours of the night, the metropolis built of trash and scraps retained its bustling, lively atmosphere. Electric Eel Cookie was no stranger to the culture and atmosphere of Wandercrab— in fact, it was something he himself fully took part in! The sentinel was the type of Cookie who couldn't just sit around and do nothing— a ball of pure energy that needed an outlet, both literally and figuratively, Electric Eel Cookie was the one who kept underwater city charged and lit— and he did so with a smile on his face!
It was a night just like any other night in the living city— Electric Eel Cookie was at the Tropical Jazz Bar, drinking and dancing his very heart out, and having the time of his life. And yet from the corner of his eye, he could spot an unfamiliar Cookie sitting at the bar alone, peaking the extroverted guardian's attention.
Making his way out of the crowded dance floor and over to the bar, the sentinel took a seat next to the new Cookie, striking up conversation almost immediately, "You're a new face around here— a new neighbor? Bahaha! Well then, welcome to the city!" Electric Eel Cookie joyfully cheered, putting an arm around the newest addition to Wandercrab, "Soooo, how d'ya like it here? Isn't it beautiful?"
