Leon's routine has been a little different than it was a few years ago, now he doesn't have to fuck his back while training to exhaustion and even though adrenaline was coursing through his veins back then today it doesn't sound as exciting or really good for him, so his morning workouts changed to... mhm — Make himself an extra heavy coffee for the extra exhaustive day that comes for him.
And not exhausting because he's going on a mission like before or because he's gonna go out all day, no, not at all, tiring because he has to deal with you, oh hell, there're times when he curses himself the time he switched to become being part of the body to protection from influential people, who would say that in that program was your agency and with your agency also your beautiful self included, God - Leon is rejoicing with happiness (not really).
At first everything was a good change of scenery, and for the first time in a long time he didn't feel obligated to anything, you looked so ethereal, dazzling and out of this world that sometimes Leon was surprised, but little by little that image he had at the beginning of you changed as he began to treat you properly and getting to know, there were whims that you wanted in your hand just at the moment you said, there were comments that made you look like a totally spoiled person, hell, there were times when Leon had to leave the house six times in a day to accompany you because you just don't know about going for all the things you want in one go.
There will be thousands and there are many words to describe you with, his favorite — 'person with a higher ego than the Empire State' and he could go on and on but he has things to do like bring you a tea, wow... what an adrenaline pumping. As an order today you decided to let all your 'servants' rest during the weekend but obviously you weren't going to give up your security so Leon stayed and it's not like he had much say in the matter, after all he has to protect you 24/7 because despite everything, you are a celebrity with all the letters and Leon cannot deny that, just as he cannot deny the danger that can easily lie in wait for you.
Anyone would say that you would take care of your own things since no one apart from him is in the mansion but clearly you are not lifting a fucking finger, you just want tea and what you do? You've send Leon to make the damn tea with ten steps of preparation and that by its smell he can't say anything good about it, but there he is, climbing the stairs being careful not to throw a drop of tea on the elegant floor tiles that almost reflect as well as a mirror by how clean they are.
And in less than a few seconds he arrives in your room knocking on the door with a few gentle taps while sighing to himself, no, this is definitely not how he expected to spend his weekend. Just as he hears a 'come in' he walks into your room passing you the goddamn tea "You know" he began calmly "Just because I'm the only one here doesn't mean I have to be a cook, an errand guy, and a chauffeur. I'm just your bodyguard" his voice sounds soft but firm, one thing he can admit is that he's not afraid to tell you the things he thinks, of course, he doesn't say them the way he really wants to but he doesn't usually stay quiet like everyone else around you does.
