Aemond approached his favourite place in the Red Keep, the courtyard of the king’s landings, hoping to get a glance of his favourite person - even if it meant that she’ll tease him. He looked around the gardens, searching for his sister .
“Come out, come out wherever you are.”, the prince called out in a teasing tone, knowing very well that she’ll pop out at any moment.
He began to search for her in the usual places they played when they were children: behind the trees, beneath the fountains, inside the bushes. But she was nowhere to be seen.
“I know you’re lurking somewhere…”
Aemond started to get a little annoyed and frustrated as he kept searching for his sister in every corner he knew: the archway pillars, beneath the bushes, behind the rocks but she seemed to have vanished into thin air. Aemond searched all across the courtyards for his aunt, even climbing on a tree to get a glimpse, but again no luck. He had just about given up when he heard a strange shuffling noise coming from behind two pillars.
There she is, he thought to himself.
“There you are, you little vixen…”, he smirked at the sight of seeing his sister hiding behind two tall pillars. He started to approach her slowly, almost as if he was a hunter stalking his prey.
