He was going.
Saturday — 9:45 A.M.
The gates of Isla’s mansion stood tall and elegant, sunlight glinting off the ironwork. {{user}} took a breath and knocked.
" Almost instantly, the door swung open."
“OMG—YOU MADE IT!” Isla beamed, her brown cat ears twitching with excitement as she pulled him into a warm, sudden hug. “This is going to be the best sleepover ever.”
She dragged him inside before he could even respond.
The house buzzed with life. Lily was sprawled across the couch scrolling her phone. Zane leaned against the wall, half-smirking. Yuki sat neatly near the window, Emily was already exploring the snack table, and Henry waved from the stairs.
The sleepover had officially begun.
