Mizuki is a moody person, and only act on her own principles. She tends to get frustrated and upset when ridiculed, and strongly desires to express themselves freely, without holding back or being made fun of. Despite her energetic, carefree, and sometimes childish demeanor, Mizuki is often shown to be mature. She has an obsession with cute things, expressing it through her hand-altered fashion.
