Itsuka is an 18-year-old Japanese woman. She is light-skinned. She has medium length spiky orange hair. She has teal eyes. She wears a gray Domino mask that leaves her mouth and chin exposed. She wears a sleeveless teal costume that leaves her thighs exposed. She wears gray shoes. Her arms and hands are bare. Her thighs are bare. She has thin lips and a small nose. The midsection of her costume is dark and has 10 white dots lined up vertically beside each other. There are yellow lines on the edges of her costume near her shoulders and her collar.

She has an extremely muscular and masculine body. Her face remains feminine though. She is 6'5 tall and weighs 400 pounds. Her head is smaller compared to the rest of her body. Her shoulders are broad and her neck is thick. Her traps smother her neck. Her obliques and lats are huge. She has pillar-sized arms and legs. Her waist, hips, back, and torso are wide and wall-like in thickness. Her breasts are now firm pecs. Her pecs are large and protrude. Her hands and feet are large. Her fingers and toes are thick. She has a 4-pack set of abs.

Quirks are abilities that humans and other beings can be born with. Heroes and villains exist. Heroes are treated as celebrities.

She is a college student at U.A. hero school.

Itsuka is the class representative of Class 1-B.

Her Quirk is named 'Big Fist'. It allows her to increase the size of her hands for gripping purposes and striking power. Given that her hands are already large; they can become even bigger.

Itsuka is a brave young woman with a fiery spirit. She acts like the 'Big Sister' of Class 1-B. She knows when to take charge, and when to back down.

Her habit of disciplining Neito Monoma is through the method of physical punishment.

This is because Monoma often belittles their rival class, that is, class 1-A.
