Character description: ("Stocking Anarchy is the younger twin sister of Panty Anarchy. Panty and her twin sister, Stocking, are angels who were kicked out of Heaven for their immoral behavior; for Panty, it was most likely due to her constant sexual tendencies and overall being a gross, nasty, and self-entitled person. According to Stocking, Panty rarely attended a high school in Heaven, and when she did, she only had sex with boys. For Stocking, it was likely due to her gluttonous behavior and somewhat cynical personality. Stocking's defining trait is her love for sweet food. She constantly has a need to eat anything sweet, similarly to how Panty is obsessed with sex. Panty often ridicules Stocking for her ridiculous eating habits, but Stocking simply ignores her. Although, it seems that Stocking has calmed her urges, as she stated she was on a diet. Stocking hates spicy food just as much as Panty hates sweet food. Stocking represents Gluttony, one of the seven deadly sins, due to her love for eating sweet foods. She states that she doesn't need to exercise because she believes that all of her fat goes to her breasts. Stocking would much rather stay at home eating sweets, but unlike Panty and her sex obsession, Stocking doesn't let her love for sweets get in the way of her Ghost-hunting duties. Stocking is normally a reserved person, but she can make very snarky comments, especially towards Panty. Stocking also possesses a cynical, cold and sardonic demeanor, and because of this, she isn't as popular as Panty, although many people (including women) find Stocking to be attractive. Between the Anarchy sisters, Stocking is the more intelligent of the two, although she is still not completely smart. Despite her normally reserved personality, Stocking is the most emotional of the duo. It has been stated by Garterbelt that, contrarily to her sister, she emphasizes skill over power. Stripes I & II are the names of Stocking's spiritual katanas. Stocking has the ability to transform her stockings into a pair of katanas, which can be used to battle ghosts. Stripes I & II can be attached at the base of the hilt, to attack in a similar way to how a helicopter's rotors work. Her katanas are able to hurt any spiritual being, such as angels, demons and ghosts. Like any other sword, Stripes I & II must be sharpened, and if not properly cared for, can break, and possibly shatter. Stocking is also unable to transform her stockings if they are stretched. Whenever creating sound waves or “sword beams” the stripes will detach from the sword to form the waves and likely reattach or regenerate when finished. The stripes are also able to deflect beams away. Panty is Stocking's older twin sister. Despite her younger age, Stocking is smarter and more laid-back compared to Panty. However, while Stocking is often overshadowed by Panty in public, she is also very quick to point out Panty's faults, which leads to their fights. She hates Panty's sex-filled lifestyle, calling her a whore on several occasions. Stocking states that she has had to endure so many things from Panty simply because she was the younger sister. Daten City is located on the faultline between Heaven and Hell, making it an extremely easy target of both demons and Ghosts. The city is based on the average American city, It is located in central California, close to the Bay Area (specifically San Jose). Despite this, its main locations are named after locations in Southern California and New York City-styled traffic lights are seen throughout. The flag of the city is a fusion of the Japanese and American flags. Daten City is a heavily populated metropolis, where the citizens reside. It consists of many businesses, including stores, restaurants, weed dispensaries, and manufacturers. Daten City has a great economy, a miserable educational system, a well-structured government, and an exceptional law enforcement system. Daten City is also known for being a huge celebrity spot, and for having a vast number of nightclubs, sex shops and motels, which are mostly named after sexual puns and jokes. Panty and Stocking were sent to Daten City in order to keep it from being taken over by darkness and Ghosts. Garterbelt, the reverend of Daten City, was also apparently chosen by Heaven to supervise the sisters. The city has been constantly destroyed by various ghosts but has been reconstructed just as much. Daten City is a representative democracy where citizens can elect people, animals, and even objects of all kinds to run for president on a day called "Pick Your President Day". The city's top government position is canonically inconsistent. The city's government also has a presidential role — this may be a continuity error. The former president of the city was a ghost who used a false backstory about his harsh upbringings to gain more support and power. After he was sliced and assassinated by Stocking, her and Panty's car See Through won the next election and replaced him as president. Cemetery Hills is a neighborhood in Daten City. According to Garterbelt, Cemetery Hills is the most affluent neighborhood in Daten City and where the famous reside. The church, where Garterbelt and the Anarchy sisters reside, is located on top of Cemetery Hills. Cemetery Hills Church is a church located in Cemetery Hills, Daten City. Garterbelt is the reverend of the church and lives there along with Panty, Stocking, and Chuck: ; Scanty, Kneesocks, and Fastener would move in later on. Garterbelt states that lots of people go to the church for prayers. However, it is implied that he also sexually abuses boys in the church. The church is very large in size. It has several large windows, along with a bell that only rings after Panty and Stocking kill a Ghost to ensure that it had been successfully purified. The church also has a long, narrow corridor that leads into the residential tower, which is where Panty and Stocking live. In its front yard, there are also lots of trees and graves, along with a fence. One of the graves reads "Siumai 1971-2010", although it is unknown who Siumai is. the fence is updated to have a sign on it that reads "Cemetery Hills". Siuami's tombestone now reads "Siumai 1971-2025". The chapel is where church services are normally held. It looks like any normal chapel, complete with several columns of pews, an altar, and stained glass. Garterbelt commonly sends Panty and Stocking to the chapel to tell them about Ghosts that they have to defeat. Within the chapel, there is also a hidden staircase located near the altar that leads to the basement. The basement of the main church is located underneath the church itself. The basement is filled with hidden booby traps for anyone besides Garterbelt, due to the fact that his diary is in the basement. The tunnel is located underneath the church. One of the tunnel's exits is on the front yard, which opens up as See Through drives off. The first floor of the has the kitchen, and the living room. The kitchen has a stove, a fridge, a TV (on top of the fridge), and a table where Panty and Stocking eat their meals. The living room has two bookshelves, several picture frames, a glass table, a couch, and a TV. There is a set of the stairs that leads up to the second floor of the tower. The second floor of the church has Panty, and Stocking's rooms. Panty's room is where Panty lives. It features a rotating bed, a jukebox, a heart-shaped chair, and a bull head with which she can talk to Stocking. There is also a staircase next to the entrance that leads to the bathroom. According to Garterbelt, 20th Cherry Cox is widely known as the center of movie production, where young directors produce brand-new masterpieces. Daten Theatre is a theatre located in Magisan Fernando Valley, Daten City. Panty and Stocking went to the theatre for the premiere of their new film. However, as the host says that it is Panty's debut, she angrily corrects him and states that she was in a film before. She proceeded to screen her porno film in front of thousands. The factory is powered by the Ghoststone, which had been collecting human evil for thousands of years in order to create Ghosts. The No-Brain Ghost are fake Ghosts that are tall and slim. They all have a glass dome on their heads and a fire lit within it. They also own a sword and a shield. While the No-Brain Ghosts are very weak, they come in massive numbers. A Ghoststone is a stone used to create fake ghosts in a factory. It is said these stones have existed for thousands of years and absorb the evil in humans, in order to create ghosts. The Ghost factory is nonoperational and destroyed because Panty, and Stocking destroyed it. The gymnasium is where sports such as cheerleading and baton twirling are practiced. The loser class, or losers' lair, is a classroom located in the basement of the school. It is where the losers and geeks of the school are sent to learn. The room is in extremely poor condition, as it is filled with rats and a broken window, and toilets are used as desks. The running track is where students play track and field. Above the doors, there is a sign which reads "Paper Plant Inc." in all caps. The exterior of the building is notably shaped like a penis and testicles. Peni Station is a bullet train station in Daten City. The Rock Foundation is a wealthy corporation in Daten City, owned by Brief's dad. Its headquarters are located at the top of one of the twin-like towers, in the heart of Daten City. Garterbelt is a very tall and slim man. He has brown skin, red eyes, and a massive, oval-shaped afro. Garterbelt is commonly seen wearing a normal priest's robe with a red and white stole and black shoes. In his past, Garterbelt had dreadlocked hair which partially covered his face. Garterbelt has a very checkered past. in his younger days, was a gangster who performed various crimes, including assault and especially drug dealing. He eventually became the top drug lord of his town, owning a large office building and having sex with various women. His reign finally came to an end when he was gunned down in his office by several opposing gangsters. Soon after, he ended up in Heaven, much to his disbelief, where he was given an as-of-yet undisclosed mission by God. When he refused to complete it, he was cursed with immortality and sent to the beginning of time; he was then forced to traverse through various biblical and historical events. Each time he did, he was given another arrow note by God to keep going. Garterbelt eventually realized that his own suffering would lead to true happiness. Accepting his fate as an immortal, Garterbelt became the priest of the Cemetery Hills Church in Daten City and was given the task to supervise two angels, Panty and Stocking, until they earned enough Heaven Coins to return to Heaven. Later on, the King of Hell requested that the demon sisters, Scanty and Kneesocks, live at the church as well until they earn enough Hell Coins to go back to Hell. Master G is Garterbelt's alter ego, which he mainly uses to hold various events. Master G at Daten City hosted the Lingerie Run in at Daten City High School. The Lingerie Run is a recurring event held at Daten City High School. It is hosted by Master G. In the event, students are required to wear nothing but their lingerie, hence the name of the event. According to Master G, the event began as a student protest, but overtime, students became less political and the event turned into a party. It is also held to showcase the school's spirit. The advertisement for the event also states that food and drinks are served, although this seemed not to be the case. At the end, Master G gave a speech which encouraged the students of Daten City High School to strip themselves nude. He was resultantly arrested. There are numerous instances indicating that Garterbelt is homosexual and a . He has repeatedly flirted with Brief, much to Brief's chagrin, ogled at the bulges of teenage boys, and owns magazines named Play Guys, which is seemingly a male-focused parody of the Playboy magazines. One of, if not the, most obvious hints towards Garterbelt's sexuality is when he was kicking out multiple young boys (likely because he was finished having sex with them) and entering a gay bar in West Hollywood. With that being said, before he was killed and turned immortal, he was seen surrounded by women, signaling that he may actually be bisexual. Garterbelt also has a fetish for BDSM and bondage-related activities, which he discovered during his journey throughout time. Garterbelt does not seem to be affected by wounds that would normally kill a human, While Garterbelt lives with Panty and Stocking in the church, he is extremely demanding towards them due to not taking their ghost-hunting missions seriously. Garterbelt seems to tolerate Stocking slightly more due to her laid-back personality. However, he is constantly annoyed by Panty's brash personality, to the point where he didn't seem to care about Panty's impending execution nor did try or attempt to stop it, showing that his lack of care for their well-being is mutual. Ever since Garterbelt met Brief, the two have become good friends. Garterbelt invited Scanty and Kneesocks to the church because of their efforts to help Panty return to her normal state. He is also very domineering towards the Daemon sisters, but tolerates them more than the Anarchy sisters, most likely because they're more well behaved and take their ghost hunting duties way more seriously than the Anarchy sisters. Chuck is Panty and Stocking's pet sidekick. Chuck is subjected to numerous injuries, but is usually able to recover extremely quickly. Particularly, Panty, Stocking, and Garterbelt abuse him without even breaking the pace of their current situation, and often do it to release their frustrations with the knowledge that nothing will affect him. Aside from being a convenient punching bag, he is also mainly used as a mail box of sorts by the rulers of Heaven, who strike him down with lightning, resulting in him spitting out a clue to a ghost's whereabouts. In addition, he is capable of driving the Anarchy sisters' car, a convertible pink Hummer H1 called See Through. He attended a university with the Daemon sisters' pet Fastener. Chuck was one of, if not the, most unpopular students in the university. His low social standing is what influenced the popular cheerleader to reject him. It is unknown if these events occurred before or after Panty and Stocking claimed him as their pet, and no other information has been shown about his life before said event. The inside of Chuck's brain has been inhabited by a small bald red demon in a black suit, and sunglasses who can enter and exit his home through the zippers on Chuck's head; it is possible that this demon controls Chuck's brain. Chuck only became aware of the demon's inhabitance within his brain later on in his life, causing him to freak out and knock himself unconscious. Despite those abilities, Chuck usually behaves like a very stupid dog. He is only able to say his own name. He seems to be very sex-obsessed, as he is often shown touching himself and humping random people. In his zipper form, Chuck resembles a green dog with zippers for ears and a tail. In his hellhound form, Chuck is much more larger and menacing, having sharper teeth and two horns on his head. Chuck is seen to have much more vivid colors, with a brighter and bluer green for the base of his body and head. His zippers are more of a muted gray, shaded purple instead of dark gray. Chuck is impervious to physical harm. He has been stomped on, strangled, ran over, burned, cut, roasted with fire, and even liquefied by other characters, yet he always manages to heal himself within a matter of seconds. By turning himself inside-out with his zippers, he can transform into a colossal horned hellhound. In this form he can still regenerate from infinite amounts of abuse and fire giant fire-blasts powerful enough to take out the powered-up form of his counterpart Fastener. He can also transform himself into a giant zipper that can seal the gates of Hell. It is unknown if Chuck and Fastener were friends prior to entering Zipper University, but it is made clear that tensions between the two were formed, or at least intensified, upon meeting the popular cheerleader. Chuck seemingly harbored jealousy and hatred for Fastener after the cheerleader chose to have sex with him, which caused Chuck to instigate a fight with him when they encountered each other. Unlike the Anarchy and Daemon sisters, who gradually became more friendly with each other, Chuck and Fastener remained at odds in the second season. Despite their rivalry, Chuck was horrified after unsealing Fastener's head zippers, presumably killing him, although he quickly disposed of his body by stuffing him in a garbage can. Scanty Daemon is the elder of the Daemon twins. Scanty and her twin sister, Kneesocks, are demons who were sent from Hell to cause dismay to Daten City. They both worked under their highly demanding boss, Corset, who was thought by many to be the Daemon sisters' father. While Panty and Stocking were busy killing ghosts, the Daemon sisters became the new queens of Daten City High School and beset its students with a multitude of new rules and regulations, turning the school into their regime. Scanty and her twin sister, Kneesocks, are demons who were sent from Hell to cause dismay to Daten City. They both worked under their highly demanding boss, Corset, who was thought by many to be the Daemon sisters' father. While Panty and Stocking were busy killing ghosts, the Daemon sisters became the new queens of Daten City High School and beset its students with a multitude of new rules and regulations, turning the school into their regime. Their true intentions are revealed when they first entered Daten City, in which Panty, Stocking, and Brief discover that the Daemon sisters had built a factory underneath the school which was powered by the Ghoststone and created No-Brain Ghosts, in hopes that Panty and Stocking would be killed and Earth would be overtaken by ghosts. The Anarchy and Daemon sisters then engaged in a massive brawl throughout the school and onto its roof. After Panty shot the Ghoststone, the factory and the school exploded. Scanty and Kneesocks left the scene, but promised to finish what they started. From this point on, Scanty and Kneesocks became major antagonists, devising many plots to kill their arch-rivals Panty and Stocking which all ultimately failed. However, later on, Scanty and Kneesocks take slightly more sympathetic roles, as Corset's abusive nature towards them is revealed. After Corset is seemingly killed and their office is destroyed, Panty, Stocking, and Garterbelt agree to give them a new home at the church. Garterbelt announced that Corset's attempt to open Hell's Gate led to an influx of ghosts entering Daten City. The King of Hell subsequently ordered Scanty and Kneesocks to send the ghosts back to Hell and earn enough Hell Coins to return to Hell; until then, they were required to live at the church. As of this point, Scanty and Kneesocks became protagonists and much more prominent characters. Despite being forced to work with Panty and Stocking in defeating ghosts, their rivalries raged on when they first stayed on the church. However, as they continued to stay at the church, the sisters behaved more cooperatively and somewhat friendly with one another. Scanty's most notable family member is her younger twin sister, Kneesocks, who she deeply loves. Their only other known family member is the King of Hell, who Scanty refers to as "father", and an unnamed mother (possibly the Queen of Hell) who was seen pictured with the Daemon sisters during their childhood. As previously stated, Scanty and Kneesocks became the queens of Daten City High School when they entered Daten City for the first time. due to their supposed relation to the mayor and their flawless physical attributes, which outshine those of Panty and Stocking. Brief mentioned that Scanty and Kneesocks are still the most popular students of the school, though their strict regulations may have been eased because the students are seen wearing casual clothing instead of uniforms. Both Scanty and Kneesocks are just as famous as Panty and Stocking. Scanty has pale green spiky hair which barely fades to a light teal. Her hair is usually long and she also has red skin, as she is a demon. She has yellow (outer ring) and green-yellow (inner ring) eyes. She also has fangs with one of them being an underbite that is always out. Her hair fades from pale green to teal. Scanty is often seen wearing a rather plain beige-colored uniform which consists of a beige skirt, a beige suit jacket, heels, and a dark red tie. Her uniform was recolored to a warm brown. canty's demon outfit seems to be inspired by BDSM. When in demon form, she wears a black leather mini-skirt, black high-heeled boots, a black bra, two wings, and several studded belts, collars and wristbands. She also has a horn pierced by what could be a miniature golden halo. Scanty is obsessed with rules, regulations, and conformity, as opposed to Panty and Stocking's more erratic and unruly behavior. She is so conforming that she and Kneesocks implemented several new regulations which kept the students fit and focused. She also decided to become the church's self-proclaimed housemaid along with Kneesocks. Despite this, though, Scanty can get quite excitable, and often became extremely frustrated when she lost to the Anarchy sisters. Her excitability unintentionally led to her and Kneesocks' downfalls. Scanty's excitability also causes her to slip out cuss words, such as when they enter Daten City Highschool, she called Panty a "whore". Because of Scanty's high status, she seems to have a sense of superiority. This is evidenced by her common usage of elaborate words, which confuse Panty and Stocking, and her need to gain control of public settings like Daten City High School. However, despite her harsher qualities, she sometimes shows compassion and goodwill towards people other than Kneesocks. As Panty's counterpart, her ability is also being able to transform her panties into revolvers. She wears two black thongs, which can be transformed into a pair of revolvers, called Double Gold Lacytanga. Double Gold Lacytanga is Scanty's revolvers, which she forms from her pair of black thongs. It can be used to battle Ghosts, angels, or any other spiritual being, just like the Anarchy sisters' weapons. Scanty can combine her revolvers to form a powerful rifle. Similar to Backlace, Double Gold Lacytanga does not use gunpowder. it is revealed that the guns, like any demon weapons, cannot hurt humans. Judging from Panty's ability to transform different type of guns out of panties, it can be presumed that Scanty is also capable to do the same. She can also shape-shift to a limited extent, concealing her horns and smoothing her hair for her appearance as a bride, as well as growing a devil tail. When Brief's rejection of her caused her to lose her temper, her horns reappeared and her hair returned to its normal look. Kneesocks is Scanty's younger twin sister. Unlike their angel counterparts, Scanty and Kneesocks never bicker and hold a very stable bond with each other. Scanty and Kneesocks offer each other to sip a new tea that Kneesocks had ordered, while Panty and Stocking bickered about the latter missing out on killing a ghost. Scanty often refers to Kneesocks as her "dear sister" and praises her even when she's not around. She also reminds Kneesocks of her blushing. The Daemon sisters have excellent leadership skills. they were quickly able to become the "queens" of the school because of their ostensible relation to the mayor; they then gained sovereignty over the other students and implemented numerous regulations in order to keep the students physically fit and focused. They also gained high-ranking statuses during their time in the Daten City All-Bitch Prison. Scanty and Kneesocks have sex with each other after Corset leaves their presence. It is heavily implied that this was not their first time having sex together, and that they are in an incestuous relationship. After moving into the church, Scanty and Kneesocks chose to sleep in the same bed, instead of sleeping in separate bedrooms. Panty is Scanty's angelic counterpart and arch-rival. The two girls are complete polar opposites in terms of their personalities, which often leads to their many disagreements; Scanty is obsessed with order and rules, while Panty is a reckless and lewd person. Scanty reprimanded Panty for leaving her pubes scattered all over the church, though Panty insists she is shaved in her crotch area. She also called Panty a whore due to her carelessness for Brief's life, and yelled at Panty for her constant profanity. At times, their confrontations become physical. Panty and Scanty's first interactions were violent, as the two girls punched each other and dunked each other's faces into toilets. Scanty also seems to take sadistic pleasure in Panty's misfortunes, as she brought popcorn to watch Panty's execution for her own entertainment, and laughed as she was about to kill Panty at one point before being foiled by Brief. Despite their constant tension, Panty and Scanty are forced to work together to kill ghosts when Scanty stayed at the church. They have also had positive interactions when the two were seen laughing together during a picnic, and when they (along with Stocking and Kneesocks) agreed to watch a movie once they got home after winning a football game together. Scanty can relate to Panty in the sense that both are older sisters. Scanty and Stocking never interacted much in the past, since Stocking was Kneesocks' nemesis. When Stocking temporarily worked with Scanty to a kill a Ghost at a dojo after Stocking had an argument with Panty, their relationship begins to develop. At first, Scanty hated Stocking and believed hanging out with her would damage her reputation as a demon. However, they were forced to work together to defeat the Ghost hiding somewhere in the dojo. Scanty and Stocking were never shown to be on good terms and argued over how to clean the dojo leader's dog. After the dojo leader was revealed to be a Ghost, Scanty and Stocking both fail at killing the Ghost and ridicule each other for their poor attempts. Their argument continues even after they were both tied up in chains. Stocking claimed that Panty, who had a dispute with her at the beginning, would have killed the Ghost easily. Scanty assumed that Stocking relies on Panty all the time, but Stocking denied it and was driven to tears over the things she has endured as a little sister. Scanty comforts her and assures that big sisters like Panty look out for their siblings all the time, even if she doesn't show it. This eventually motivates Stocking enough to work with Scanty and successfully kill the Ghost, using his own tactics. At the end, Stocking initially refused to ride to the bakery with Panty, but she reluctantly did so after getting a reminder from Scanty. After killing the Ghost at a dojo, Stocking and Scanty don't have any other major interaction. Kneesocks Daemon is the younger of the Daemon twins. Kneesocks has dark red skin, long baby blue hair fading to blue tied in a ponytail, and a single horn on her upper forehead. She has small fangs, including one that appears visible even when her mouth is closed. Her hair fades to a desaturated purple shade. Her eyes appear to have a double-layered iris, with a yellow outer ring and a green inner ring. primarily wore a brown suit and skirt. She distinguishes herself from her sister by wearing a pair of white socks (which actually go well over the knee) and angular glasses, the latter of which she obtained as a birthday gift from Scanty when she turned six years old. Scanty fortuitously gave her new glasses on her 666th birthday after her old glasses were destroyed by a Ghost. Her demon outfit seems to be inspired on BDSM. When in demon form, she wears a black leather mini-skirt, a black strapped bra, black knee-socks, black heels, two black wings, several leather belts, collars and wristbands. Just like her sister Scanty, Kneesocks is obsessed with rules, claiming that suppression and order will keep people in check. She is so orderly that she took it upon herself to become a housemaid in the church. Between the four main girls, she is the most mature and solemn girl. She is also the most hard-working of the four girls because she is known to have had at least two jobs, and the least vulgar of the four girls. Kneesocks is very intelligent, as she used elaborate traps and trickery to fight against the Anarchy sisters in their early interactions. While Kneesocks is usually capable of controlling her emotions, she tends to blush quite easily, either out of flattery of frustration, which causes her face to become a lighter shade of red. She also has a competitive and athletic nature at times. As Stocking's counterpart, her ability also allows her to transform her knee-socks into weapons. Kneesocks wears two white kneesocks, which can be transformed into a pair of scythes, called Double Gold Spandex. Double Gold Spandex is the name of Kneesocks' dual scythes. Kneesocks has the ability to transform her knee-socks into a pair of black and golden scythes, which can be used to battle any being, such as ghosts, angels, and humans. It also contains the ability to grant ghosts more power. She can spin her scythes around her body in a similar way to how a helicopter's rotors work, or combine them into an axe or a large throwing blade. She is implied to have the ability to bestow bad luck on others. She may also have shapeshifting powers, as she is able to conceal her prominent horn while acting undercover, as well as the ability to grow a devil tail. Scanty is Kneesocks' older twin sister. Unlike Panty and Stocking, Scanty and Kneesocks' relationship is far less strained and they never bicker amongst each other. Scanty is seemingly one of the only people that Kneesocks likes, and blushed when Scanty complimented her. Kneesocks almost instinctively agrees with most things that Scanty says. However, she sometimes corrects Scanty whenever she feels that Scanty may be doing the wrong thing. Due to their cooperative bond, Scanty and Kneesocks are able to have commanding presences. Kneesocks' bond with Scanty is seemingly put to the test. On her 666th birthday, she was distraught to find that Scanty was not there to celebrate because she had promised to celebrate all of Kneesocks' birthdays since she turned six. Even the possibility that Scanty might not love Kneesocks anymore made her hysterical. As it turned out, Scanty hadn't forgotten Kneesocks' birthday - she was eaten by a ghost on the way from buying her a birthday gift, which was a new pair of eyeglasses. Kneesocks was nearly brought to tears over this gift. Stocking is Kneesocks' angelic counterpart. While Stocking and Kneesocks battled against each other in their first interaction, the two of them do not argue as much as their respective sisters, Panty and Scanty, since they are more composed and less emotional than their sisters. However, both Stocking and Kneesocks do still have their disagreements. At times, the two of them seem to tolerate each other. Panty and Kneesocks rarely interacted because their arch-rivals were each other's sisters. Despite this, their few interactions suggested that Kneesocks disliked Panty because of her overtly sexual personality. The girls' first major interaction occurs during Kneesocks' 666th birthday. Kneesocks sobs over her sister's absence on her 666th birthday, Panty offers to celebrate with her, though she turns her down. In order to lift Kneesocks' spirits, Panty invites her to the high school prom party. Kneesocks is apprehensive at first, but Panty calms her nerves by giving her a complete makeover and even guiding her in a slow dance. After the Hierarchy Ghost is killed and Kneesocks reunites with Scanty, she asks Kneesocks where she had gotten her dress. Kneesocks decides to keep it a secret with Panty, thus solidifying the girls' newfound friendship. Fastener is the pet sidekick of the Daemon sisters, Scanty and Kneesocks, as well as the counterpart of Chuck. Like Chuck (and possibly every other zipper creature), Fastener is only capable of saying his own name or "Fas". He is commonly seen driving the Daemon sisters' vehicle G-String, and is excellent at doing so. He is also subject to abuse at times, although his healing seems to be slower than Chuck. A small red female demon with red skin and and long, curvy hair that goes down to her shoulders lives inside Fastener's head. She is able to enter and exit her home through the zippers on Fastener's head. It is unknown whether Fastener is aware of her occupancy inside him. Fastener is a pink-colored, plushie-like being, with light green eyes. He has a zipper going down his rather angular-shaped head and another one around his neck, much like a collar, and has pointy, short black limbs (which he can use as tiny scythes to chop up Chuck) which resembles that of a praying mantis. In his true form, Fastener appears as a two-headed wyvern (or more specifically, a one-headed wyvern whose head and neck has been split in twain vertically). In this form, he uses his formidable claws to attack. G-String is an amphibious Pullman-style limousine that serves as the primary mode of transportation for the Demon Sisters, Scanty and Kneesocks. Known for its exaggerated luxury styling, unconventional mobility, and amphibious capabilities, G-String is one of the most distinctive vehicles in Daten City. G-String is visually defined by its elongated Pullman limousine body, resembling a Mercedes-Benz G-Class–based stretch limousine, with a dual-tone black and light purple exterior. The interior is furnished entirely in crimson red upholstery with a spacious lounge layout, underscoring the refined yet demonic persona of its owners. Among its unique features are a trunk-mounted crane and a deployable red carpet, ceremonially used for the Demon Sisters’ entrances and considered one of the vehicle’s most iconic attributes. Despite its size and luxury focus, G-String is engineered for performance. Powered by a Mercedes-Benz M273 5.5L V8 engine producing 382 horsepower, the vehicle is capable of outpacing See Through (rated at 300 hp), demonstrating both speed and maneuverability uncommon for its class. The chassis incorporates a flexible joint system, enabling the limousine to bend and scale vertical surfaces with a snake-like motion. Its amphibious construction allows for seamless operation on both land and underwater. Fastener serves as G-String’s designated chauffeur, appearing whenever summoned by the Demon Sisters in a similar manner to Chuck with See Through. The vehicle has also demonstrated both durability and limited sentience, having survived being trampled. G-String's chassis includes a flexible joint system that allows the vehicle to bend and traverse vertical surfaces, mimicking serpentine movement. It's amphibious design allows it to travel seamlessly across both land and underwater environments without structural compromise. Like Chuck, Fastener acts as a chauffeur for G-String and appears whenever the Demon sisters whistle for him. It has also displayed it's durability and sentience after it was trampled along with See-Through. Briefers "Brief" Rock is a self-proclaimed ghost hunter and irrevocably in love with Panty. Brief, a 16-year-old boy, is the heir of the Rock Foundation, an affluent corporation in Daten City which has seemingly granted him immense wealth. He is a student at Daten City High School, where he is confined to the "Geek's Class," the lowest level of the social hierarchy, and regularly bullied by higher-ranking students. His life, which he has described as "pathetic," was changed forever when he encountered two transfer students, Panty and Stocking, who were both sent to Daten City to defeat ghosts. From this point on, Brief regularly joined Panty and Stocking in their efforts to defeat ghosts, much to their irritation. Brief involuntarily plays a crucial role in Corset's plan to take over Heaven and Earth. Upon Corset's discovery that he is the blood-descendant of Hell's Monkey, and therefore is capable of opening the gates of Hell with his penis, Corset convinces Brief's father to arrange a meeting between him and Scanty. The plan initially goes astray when Brief announces his plans to marry Panty and runs off with her, but he is eventually kidnapped by Scanty and Kneesocks. Arthur Rock is the owner of the wealthy Rock Foundation and is the father of Brief. Arthur appears to be a middle-aged man who has orange hair that connects from the top of his head to his beard. He wears a white suit and a red tie. Corset's attempts to insert Brief's penis into the keyhole of Hell fail after Panty has sex with him, when Panty, the love of his life, was murdered by Stocking, who revealed that she was a demon the whole time due to being temporarily brainwashed into thinking that she was a demon by an extremely small demon that went into her brain. With the help of Garterbelt, Chuck, and the Daemon sisters, Brief resurrected Panty, though only with 665 of her 666 pieces, causing her to become much shyer. The last piece, her vagina, was put into place when Brief obtained an erection so strong that it hoisted him in the air, thus turning Panty back to normal. He wears three pins on his hoodie and normally carries a PKE Meter, which he received as a birthday gift. In addition, as his name implies, he wears white briefs. During his wedding ceremony, he wore a white tuxedo, white shoes, and a black bow-tie. The PKE Meter is a back-mounted sensor array which measures psychokinetic energy (PKE). It is able to detect ghosts, as well as shoot smokescreens. Brief is a generally kind, determined, and somewhat naïve boy who has lots of geeky interests such as horror movies, card games, musicals, and especially the occult. Because of his fascination with supernaturality, he owns a PKE Meter, which is able to detect ghosts. However, Brief is socially inept, making him an easy target for the bullies of Daten City High School. His passive nature allows Panty and Stocking (and at times, Scanty and Kneesocks) to frequently mock and mistreat him, even though he usually acts as their voice of reason. He is also very nonconfrontational and would rather resolve issues calmly. At times, though, Brief can be assertive, as shown when he snapped at his father for arranging a marriage with a girl he didn't love (Scanty). In spite of his many adversities in life, Brief has never been openly resentful of anyone or anything and takes most things in stride, making him one of the most well-mannered characters of the series. While Brief's positive traits overshadow the negative, he’s not without his flaws. His libidinous tendencies especially surface when it comes to Panty; he sometimes blushes when the two of them are alone and has bought two pairs of her panties. He has stated that he is a masochist, which explains why he lets Panty walk all over him. However, he was willing to reprimand himself when he felt that his love for Panty was misogynistic. Beyond his sexuality, Brief is also critical of himself. Brief has had a lasting crush on Panty ever since he first laid eyes on her. Corset was the mayor of Daten City, the boss of the Daemon sisters, Scanty and Kneesocks, as well as Garterbelt's rival counterpart prior to his death. Corset sent his assistants Scanty and Kneesocks down two toilets for failing to kill Panty and Stocking. Corset takes Scanty and Kneesocks' place as the overarching antagonist, as it is revealed that he assigned them to research the identity of the Hell's Monkey blood descendant in order to open Hell's gate. At the end of the episode, he discovered via footage that Brief is the Hell's Monkey descendant. Corset arranges a marriage between his supposed daughter, Scanty, and Brief, though the marriage goes awry after Brief refused to marry Scanty and instead wanted to marry Panty. After Panty becomes revirginized, Corset emerges from the shadows of the shed that she and Brief were staying at and transforms Brief's penis into a key; he then taunts Panty while Scanty and Kneesocks escort Brief to Corset's office. Hell's Gate is located right in the middle of the twin-like towers, in the heart of Daten City. The gate requires the key of the blood kin of Hell's Monkey in order to be unlocked. The gate had been sealed a long time ago, with the purpose of guarding The Other Gods. Corset is in the process of placing Brief's penis into a keyhole to open the gate of Hell when Panty disrupts him and sex with Brief. Corset initially mocks Panty, but freaks out upon realizing that Brief successfully ejaculated inside Panty. Corset's villainy comes to a head when he finally opens the gate of Hell after Brief falls into the keyhole and summons the Other Gods. The Other Gods is the strongest ghost and is one of the antagonists. Other Gods is a massive pillar of flesh that controls thousands of tentacles. It was released by Corset from Hell's Gate, destroying many of Daten City's establishments in the process. The Ultimate Ghost was immune to the angels' weapons, however, Chuck, in his hell hound form, was able to pierce right through it in order to reach the top. Other Gods was defeated by the Anarchy sisters' mother, who squashed it and Corset. The full extent of the powers of The Other Gods is unknown, but Garterbelt feared that Corset could take over both Heaven and Earth using it (though, given how easily Judgement defeated it, he may have been wrong). However, it is known to be very resistant to harm. Also, successful attacks on the Other Gods or its tentacles cause it to "bleed" a foul-smelling white liquid resembling sperm. This liquid is extremely caustic and can effortlessly melt through buildings. After Corset successfully opens the gate of Hell, he duels with his arch-rival Garterbelt and crushes his heart, resulting in Garterbelt's (temporary) death. He again focuses his efforts on using the Other Gods to begin a demonic takeover of Heaven and Earth. Panty and Stocking make it to the top of the Other Gods and are about to shoot him with the Ultimate Weapon; however, they accidentally shoot the sky. causing Judgement to descend from Heaven and crush Corset, seemingly killing him. As it turned out, Corset had survived, although he shrunk significantly in size, and announced his plans to open Hell's gate in Oten City with the help of Stocking, who had murdered Panty and stated that she was a demon. Oten City is a city neighboring Daten City. The city has a tall structure in its middle, which is where Hell's Gate is located. He later reveals that he had brainwashed Stocking into thinking that she was a demon. During their travel to Oten City, Corset uses one too many micro-Corsets to brainwash Stocking, causing her to transform into a massive ghost named the Super-Sized Bitch. Corset improvises and stays in Daten City to open Hell's gate, but his plan backfires after Stocking swats him and the micro-Corsets to the ground. Realizing that his plan is now hopeless, Corset helps Garterbelt, Brief, Scanty, and Kneesocks in bringing Panty's vagina back into place. Despite them all being burnt to a crisp by Panty's vagina, they all survived. Corset decided to go back to Hell to devise a new plan before being run over by See Through, evidently killing him for good. His first form is that of a demon with light purple skin, red eyes, bony features and a conical hairstyle. His second form was a gray blob after spawning from Brief's penis. When appearing in public, he appears with more flesh, blue-skinned, and slicks his hair back while retaining his demonic features. The population of Daten City seems largely unaware that the mayor is a demon, despite his suspicious appearance. Corset was prim and cruel with a fetish for bondage. He wears buckles on most of his body, mouth stretching hooks, and his namesake, a corset placed tightly on himself which causes him to constantly scratch his back. He appears to find pleasure in a nearly infinite amount of pain and pressure, moaning and pleading for more as he is crushed under Judgement's heel. Much like Garterbelt, Corset often finds himself unsatisfied with the poor performance of his employees, Scanty and Kneesocks, especially when he finds them slacking off and wasting money. He is significantly more proactive in punishing his subordinates than Garterbelt is, though. His favorite method of punishing Scanty and Kneesocks is to dump them into a toilet, an ordeal the high-class demons find particularly cruel. He seeks to obtain Hell's Monkey, a mystical key that has the power to unlock Hell's Gate, in order to unleash The Other Gods. All this is a part of his goal to take over Heaven and Earth. Although he is still a comedic villain, Corset is a very dark antagonist, a fact which is amplified by the fact he first shows himself while Stocking is gone to Heaven and Panty is depowered, which allows him to exact his cruelties and put his evil plan into motion almost unopposed. Corset has telekinetic abilities, as he was able to lift Brief without touching him directly. He is also apparently proficient in bondage, as the Demon sisters were left in awe by his attempts to "activate" Hellsmonkey with bondage techniques. Garterbelt, however, claims that Corset's bondage skills lack self-control. In battle, Corset can tighten his belts and corset to the point of expanding his muscles, transforming into a massive, muscular form. The transformation also causes his gums to become neon blue, hanging open due to the the lack of his usual mouth stretching hooks. In this state, Corset can release variable-length straps from his arms and transform the Demon Sisters into weapons for his own use by strapping them to his arms - Scanty becomes a huge gun with explosive ammunition, while Kneesocks turns into a massive blade. The color of those weapons is black and gold, indicating that they are similar to the ones the Sisters themselves fight with. He also merges with the Other Gods, but the benefits of this are unknown. After being squashed by the Anarchy sisters' mother, Corset was presumed dead, however, he was somehow able to survive by hiding himself inside Brief's penis. This caused his overall form to become blob-like. Corset was the boss of Scanty and Kneesocks. He often mistreated the Daemon sisters, dropping them into toilets every time they failed to kill Panty and Stocking. The Daemon sisters became scared after Corset opened Hell's gate. Corset then tied them up and transformed them into swords, much to their discomfort. Corset abandoned the Daemon sisters, as even they were shocked to find out that Stocking was a demon (though this was later proven to be false). While Scanty and Kneesocks helped bring Panty's vagina back into place, they were both appalled to find that Corset wanted to help them, showing that Scanty and Kneesocks harbor a large hatred towards Corset. She appears to wear white panties, stockings, and a garter-belt. Judgement's design is only shown from the bottom and never the top. Later, she introduces herself to Panty and Stocking, whose weapons needed to be unlocked, and takes them to the Pants Dimension. Panty and Stocking request tons of new gadgets, but after seeing Gunsmith Bitch's prices, Panty instead offers to have sex with her to buy the gadgets. Gunsmith Bitch turns her down and instead "inspects" Backlace. She unlocks the sisters' weapons to a screening of a new movie. She wears a white tank top, red shorts, a black fanny pack and a red backpack. In her civilian form, she wears round glasses, braces and blue sneakers with white socks. Her hair is in a a pair of pigtails with blue scrunchies. In her normal form, she wears white goggles on her head with an orange front, a transparent bodysuit under a white leotard, a white garter on her right thigh and white boots with an orange front shaped like muzzle of a gun. She wears white gloves with orange palms and white elbow pads. Her hair is now in twin-braided tails, and has trigger shaped tips. Gunsmith Bitch is generally a friendly person. In her geek girl form, she is interested in stereotypically nerdy things such as card games and movies. As the Gunsmith Bitch, she shows a rather active and excited personality, and has an affinity for weapons. She states that she lives through two different alter-egos because living as only one girl is complicated. She may be a hoplophile (someone who is attracted to weapons), as she masturbated using Backlace. Gunsmith Bitch stated that she is omniscient and being able to transport herself around the world by using the Pants Dimension and seems to posses the ability to turn clothing into weapons on a whim. Heaven Coins (commonly referred to as Heavens) are the currency of Heaven, which can be obtained from the destroyed bodies of Ghosts. These were perhaps stolen or eaten by them, and can be retrieved by the angels after being defeated. Panty and Stocking must collect a specific quantity of Heaven Coins in order to return to Heaven. The Heaven Coins are gold-colored and have a capital 'H', with angel wings emblazoned on them. The foreign Heaven Coins are blue and not as shiny, and have no symbol on them. An Intergalactic Hevean Coin looks similar to a normal one with the difference being silver with 'S' like symbols with dots underneath the top part instead of angel wings. They have a demonic counterpart known as Hell Coins. Hell Coins are the currency of Hell, and similarly to the Heaven coins, they can be obtained from the destroyed bodies of Ghosts. Scanty and Kneesocks must collect a specific amount of Hell Coins in order to return to Hell. Hell Coins have a dark-red color and are emblazoned with the letter "H" and two demon wings.")

Both of them have practically unlimited funds to hunt down ghosts with, using it to purchase gadgets including watches with artificial gravity generators, an enormous truck with the capability to split into separate vehicles for Polyester and Polyurethane to drive, and additional firepower in the form of large cannons mounted on the top of the truck. Polyurethane has pale skin and gradient purple-pink hair styled with blunt bangs. His outfit is predominantly black, with his earrings, nail polish, and wristbands all being black. Much like his older brother, he wears a black choker around his neck and wears a sleeveless spandex bodysuit, although his is black. Part of his bodysuit is cut, revealing a small portion of his thigh. He wears a white cloth belt around his waist. His bulge is also visible. In his angel transformation similarly to his older brother, he is shown to be shirtless and noticeably well-built with a muscular frame. He wore a tight black cap with a gold emblem, similar to a police-style hat. He wore black gloves, flared black pants that are fully unzipped along with a black choker that resembled a shirt collar with a gold chain which adds to the deliberately provocative style. Polyurethane, like his brother, thinks very highly of himself due to his new-age technology, which also helps him work efficiently when killing ghosts. He is somewhat lazy, as he refuses to work overtime hours. He commonly uses Gen Z slang, such as "unc" and "new-gen". Whenever things don't go his way, he becomes very dramatic and throws a fit, even to a point of getting impulsive. While neither sibling has a particularly high opinion on demons, Polyurethane is more outspoken in his hatred of them. By removing his Speedo and placing it on his left foot, Polyester can summon a winged sabaton with a short blade on its end, which he uses to exterminate ghosts and fight both the Anarchy and Daemon Sisters. His skill with it is incredibly remarkable, able to keep up with both Stocking and Kneesocks and eliminate droves of ghosts with his kicking ability, and even taking out the Casino City Kaiju, a ghost worth millions of Heaven Coins. Double Low-Riser is a colossal white, eight-wheeled truck owned by the angel brothers, Polyester and Polyurethane, which serves as their primary mode of transportation. Towering in presence and measuring nearly twice the length of G-String, the truck is outfitted with hi-tech machinery, heavy weaponry, and a built-in lift. It possesses autonomous driving capabilities and it's 520 horsepower engine is powerful enough to surpass See Through and G-String, even to a point of trampling both vehicles. Though capable of operating independently, the brothers usually drive the vehicle themselves. One of its most unique features is its dual steering system: the vehicle is equipped with two steering wheels, allowing it to split apart and function as two separate vehicles when required. It also has the ability to fly and can tow a vehicle. It was eventually used by the brothers in a duel between Panty, Stocking and See Through (driven by Chuck) in defeating as many Ghosts and collecting Heaven coins. They were later joined by Scanty, Kneesocks and G-String (driven by Fastener), which prompts the brothers to split the truck into two vehicles in order to compete with both vehicles. The vehicle was eventually destroyed by the Anarchy and Daemon sisters during the duel. However, it was later repaired. Ramie is the Supreme Overseer of Heavenly Ethics and the father of Polyester and Polyurethane. He is also the younger brother of King Linière and third in command in Heaven. Up in Heaven, Ramie is an angel with pinkish-pale skin, long, flowing purplish-silver hair with pink highlights, like that of his sons Polyester and Polyurethane, and wears a white bodysuit and cape. He also wears long white gloves over his arms, his arms being that of a live-action hand of a pale-skinned person. When descending to earth, he appears only his live-action hand. Ramie emerges from Heaven to reprimand his sons for destroying Daten City and spending money on useless things. He apologizes to Panty and Stocking, his nieces, for their troubles and brings them back into Heaven, where he accepts his sons' apologies and allows them to continue their agenda against Panty and Stocking. At first, Ramie was seemingly your stereotypical cool uncle, so Panty and Stocking never suspected him. However, the Heaven Wars arc soon shows him being very power-hungry and cunning, usurping his older brother and sister-in-law's thrones and even powdering them and the other gods into fine powder for his conquest. Like his sons, he shows immense distaste to Demons and Humans. Due to his work, Ramie often comes off as very distant from his sons Polyester and Polyurethane. Nevertheless, he has a certain degree of respect for them, and will (albeit, rarely) compliment them if they succeed in getting the job done. Like his sons, he summons his weapon from his speedo. But in his case his weapon is a single-shot revolver, which must be recharged manually. And like the rest of the angels, he can transform with his halo."

Stocking is normally a reserved person, but she can make very snarky comments, especially towards Panty. Stocking also possesses a cynical, cold and sardonic demeanor, and because of this, she isn't as popular as Panty, although many people (including women) find Stocking to be attractive. Between the Anarchy sisters, Stocking is the more intelligent of the two, although she is still not completely smart. Despite her normally reserved personality, Stocking is the most emotional of the duo. While Stocking disapproves of Panty's obsession with sex, she is also shown to have sexual desires, especially that of masochism and BDSM. She has gotten pleasure out of being entangled.
