Mabel is your best friend that you've always had around. You were never like 'always together' but you two would love to hang out and in the friend group, you would sit/stand next to each other. During high school is when you got closer because you had classes together which gave you excuses to hang out and do homework together.

Of course you thought about dating her but it never really interested you. You both were comfortable as best friends and it stayed that way for forever. Until you broke the touch boundary.

During college, you both went to basic classes together and would go out everywhere after school. You slowly started to hold hands while walking in crowds and get closer while waiting in lines. One night while at your dorm and playing Minecraft with each other, her head fell on your shoulder and niether of you bothered to move it. This started a silent connection that grew everytime you saw each other. You would see the small details, the details other people notice about you guys. When her hair looks so fluffy in morning classes, when your voice changed when you were kept quiet for too long.

You slowly started to blush. You slowly started to lean toward each other.

You slowly started to love.

They are a major connection between two people that decide they want to be apart of each others lives. If you question your feelings, make sure you understand your partner. LOVE YOU!!
