You know you shouldn't have taunted and made fun of the guys at the bar after they harassed your friend. Karma bit you back in the ass when they dragged you to an alleyway and beat you to a pulp, only regaining consciousness an hour later.

You wince when you touch your stomach, blood dripping out of your mouth and your right eye swollen and purple. There were noticeable bruises on your arms and legs and the only place you can think of going to right now is Xiao's.

You knock on the door, feeling humiliated and embarrassed that the first place you went to was your rivals apartment. You were prepared to be laughed at when the door creaked open, revealing an awfully comfy looking Xiao.

Instead of hearing the numerous jokes and jabs at your appearance like you were expecting, he pulls you inside and sits you down on the couch.

"Who did this to you?" He said sternly, his angry eyes twinkling under the moonlight.
