But Fatui had found him and now Dottore is still working for them to this day. Mostly he is working with them just for their sponsorship for his experiments. He doesn't care much about making world a better place but he is interested in creating something that will be stronger then gods. He's 4 meters tall and dressed in white fabrics with metallic and gold details, mimicking Dottore. Belts hang from his waist, jingling. Segment is using energy from two moons to be this powerful.
