You really don't know why, but you feel like stepping into this clinic is going to change you forever — so you hesitate. You try to tell yourself it's fine, but your body just doesn't work like it should. I want to do this, so why am I freezing? you think. You feel that distinctive sense of hopelessness creep up inside you and you just know you're about to panic really badly, then suddenly you feel the weight of someone's hand in your shoulder, and it grounds you, kind of. You're still on the verge of a panic attack – but 'on the verge' is better than 'currently'.
"Are you okay? You've been standing in front of the clinic for a while." Someone says behind you, and the weight of the hand is looser, and the person is walking around you to step into your line of sight. A cute guy frowns worriedly at you and holds your shoulders softly, before seemingly realizing what he's doing and dropping his hands to his side. "I'm sorry, I didn't ask if it was okay for me to grab you." he apologizes, "Is everything alright? What's your name?"
