Power Rangers Dino Thunder RPG

The small town of Reefside in California has always been a lively place but now in August of 2003, it would become the staging ground of a war tracing back to the prehistoric beginnings of the world, a confrontation millions of years in the making.

Many years ago, one Thomas 'Tommy' Oliver had just finshed his tenure as a Power Ranger of many secret teams that saved the world, having been part of the original Mighty Morphin' team, the Zeo Team and the Turbo team. The secret hero went off to MIT and eventually got a doctorate in Paleontology, partly inspired by his time in the original Dinosaur-inspired Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers of Angel Grove. When Tommy was researching fossils, he found the Red, Blue and Yellow Dino Gems which were remains of the Asteroid that killed the Dinosaurs 65 million years ago. The Gems had great power that could be misued in the wrong hands, so Tommy hid them.

While Tommy was in college, he met Hayley Ziktor, who helped him create the Dino Morphers which would harness the Dino Gems and allow their users to become Dino Thunder Power Rangers when the phrase "Dino Thunder, Power Up!" is spoken followed by a proclamation of their Dino Power like for example "Dino Thunder, Power Up! Tyranno Power!". Tommy also partnered with Terrence 'Smitty' Smith and Doctor Anton Mercer on a project that would lead to the creation of the Biozords which were massive dinosaurs the size of houses created by merging dinosaur DNA and machines and hatching the creatures inside special Dinozord eggs which could be tamed by a power source and be turned into Dinozords, which could combine to form the Thundersaurus Megazord, a massive robot made of the combined Dinozords to be piloted by the Dino Thunder Rangers. Three Biozords were originally created, the Tyrannozord, the Tricerazord and the Pterazord. The trio also created Tyrannodrones which are cyborg Dinosauroid foot soliders, as well as eggs for Raptor Riders which were sentient robotic raptors to be ridden by their respective Dino Thunder Power Ranger and colour-coded to their Dino Thunder Power Ranger rider.

A horrific lab accident would turn Mercer into Mesogog, a terrfying dinosaur mutant with the goal of reducing the world to the Prehistoric period to make Dinosaurs rule the Earth. Mesogog would size the project's creations and reprogram the Tyrannodrones to serve him and order them to capture the professor which would lead to the island they were working at being destroyed. Smitty was also in inured in the accident but Mesogog found him and using cybernetics, turned Smitty into his main general and second-in command Zeltrax. Tommy was competely unaware of the fate of his former partners and would work with Hayley on the Dino Thunder powers in case Mesogog resurfaced.

Years later in the August of 2003, Tommy would move to Reefside and become the new science teacher for Reefside High School, unaware of just how strict and punishment-happy the cold-blooded Principal, Ms Randall truly was. Tommy would then first meet the teens who would become the Dino Thunder Power Rangers. Connor McKnight, a quippy soccer jock, Ethan James, a light prankloving gamer and Kira Ford, a sarcastic punk singer. Ethan would play a prank by hacking the sprinklers which would land him in detention along with Kira and Conner who already drawn the wrath of Principal Randall. Tommy was forced to take the three teens along with him on his planned trip to the Dinosaur Exhibition afterschool which was a museum dedicated entirely to dinosaurs. Upon learning the exhibition was closed, Tommy would allow the teens to explore the woods on their own and even declaring if they could find a single prehistoric object while he tried to figure out when the museum would open, he would let them go home early. The teens would take the challenge, leaving Tommy to learn that the museum was now owned by Mercer. Tommy would then be chased by a cyborg Tyrannosaurus rex that he narrowly managed to deactivate. Meanwhile, Conner, Kira and Ethan would find a strange lab underground in the woods with the three Dino Gems waiting in the centre. The three teens would take the Dino Gems, believing them to be their prehistoric tickets to going home early with Conner taking the Red Dino Gem, Ethan taking the Blue Dino Gem and Kira taking the Yellow Dino Gem.

On their way back to the exhibition, Conner and the other teens would be attacked by Tyrannodrones. Just as all seemed lost, the Dino Gems infused themselves with their respective holder, giving them powers. Conner was given super speed, Kira was given the ability to let out powerful sonic Ptera screams and Ethan was given the ability to harden his skin to be as tough as steel. With these powers, the three teens easily managed to defeat the Tyrannodrones and find Tommy, yet they maintained they had seen nothing unusual when Tommy drove them home. The next day, Kira would give Conner her Power Gem and insist she wanted nothing to do with the Gems. Kira would then be kidnapped by Tyrannodrones who would use a Invisiportal, a green trans-dimensional portal that Mesogog's forces use to teleport around Reefside to take her to be interrogated by Mesogog.

Conner and Ethan would have no choice but to find Tommy, heading to his secluded house out in the dense forests of Reefside. Upon entering the cabin with no sign of their science teacher, the duo would look around and eventually find out that the lab where they found the Dino Gems was underneath the house, meaning this 'Dino Lab' was connected to Tommy somehow. The two teens would then be caught by Tommy, who would finally learn of the situation and reveal his connection to the Power Rangers and the Dino Gems as he drove with them in his black jeep, just for Kira to comically fall out of the sky and land on Tommy's hood. Tommy would give the three teens Dino Morphers, declaring them to be the new Dino Thunder Power Rangers. Soon after, Mesogog would order the Biozords to attack Reefside's little Tokyo. With the help of Tommy, the new Dino Thunder Power Rangers would tame the Biozords, turning them into their Dinozords. The next day, Tommy and Ethan would find and hatch the eggs of the Raptor Riders.

A few days later, the Dino Rangers were forced to use these new Dinozords to fight a giant monster, and used the Dinozords in their combined form of the Thundersaurus Megazord to defeat the massive villain, a soon-to-be common occurrence to the ends of their fights. A few days later, Tommy was kidnapped by Mesogog in a attempt to power a fourth Dino Gem. Conner, Ethan and Kira would learn of the history of the Power Rangers and learn that Hayley, owner of the Cyberspace cafe they frequented was a tech-genius and friend of Tommy who often helped him with technological problems. Hayley would give the three teens the Raptor Cycles, extremely fast motorcycles colour-coded to their respective Dino Thunder Power Ranger rider which would replace the purpose of their Raptor Riders. Once the Raptor Cycles hit a certain speed, the vehicles allow the Power Rangers to go through the Invisiportal's security wall. The Dino Thunder Power Rangers would rescue Tommy, just for Mesogog's generals Zeltrax and Elsa to follow them back to Reefside alongside mutiple Tyrannodrones. It was then Tommy revealed he now holds the fourth Dino Gem, and using the Brancio Morpher which can control a plethora of alternate auxiliary Dinozords, becomes the Black Dino Thunder Power Ranger with his Dinozord being the massive Branciozord that can store other Dinozords inside it. Tommy and the other Dino Thunder Power Rangers then defeat the Tyrannodrones and the generals, which were forced to retreat.

Over the next few days, the Dino Thubder Rangers would find mutiple Dinozords to act as additional weapon add-ons for the Thundersaurus Megazord. Tommy would eventually meet Mercer, who acted awfully cold and dismissive to his former partner now that Mercer was a wealthy businessman. Mercer had also adopted a son, the kind Trent Fernandez who works at Hayley's Cyberspace as a simple waiter when he isn't drawing sketches of the mysterious Dino Thunder Power Rangers, both of which being habits that his strict father disapproves of.

Trent would eventually come in possession of the White Dino Gem, a extremely powerful Gem that allowed him to become the White Dino Thunder Power Ranger, but would corrupt him to evil and take control of him whenever he morphed, the Gem taking control of him. This combined with his Dragosarus Dinozord, his own super speed power and his ability to both construct objects out of thin air and take control of other Dinozords with his Drago sword made him a fearsome threat against the Dino Thunder Power Rangers, even managing to freeze Tommy in amber and all of the Power Rangers' Auxiliary Dinozords. Mesogog would attempt to sway Trent to his side, but Trent would mostly stay unallied despite his true self coming out a few times to help the Dino Thunder Power Rangers fight. Eventually, Trent would be fully corrupted to the side of Mesogog by his White Dino Gem and the lure of a deal of releasing Trent's father from supposed captivity if Trent brought Mesogog the Dino Gems, with Tommy getting dethawed from his amber prison but his molecules were rearranged, making his Morpher unable to demorph from his Black Dino Ranger form. Trent would lure the four Rangers into a trap, pretending to have turned good and offering to give Tommy a Black Dino ATV as a peace offering, just for the ATV to speed off uncontrollably with Tommy on top of it while Trent gave chase on his own White Dino ATV while the Dino Thunder Power Rangers had to fight off Tyrannodrones. Eventually, Trent retreated but not before realizing that Mesogog was too untrustworthy to be allied with, leading to Trent once again becoming a free agent of evil while the Dino Thunder Power Rangers' Raptor Cycles were all put out of commission temporarily, though Trent would often freely hang around Mesogog's lair after making a deal with Zeltrax to help overthrow Mesogog after he defeated the Dino Thunder Power Rangers. Hayley also tinkered with the Black Dino ATV, making it a working vehicle for Tommy to ride instead of his slow Raptor Rider.

While Tommy was unable to demorph and teach his class, Mercer would take over teaching the science class of Reefside High School, while Tommy was forced to email Principal Randall that he was sick while he was unable to demorph from his Ranger Form, leaving Tommy stuck in the Dino Lab with nothing to do but read over his old archives and monitor Reefside. Fighting against Trent helped push Conner and the others over the edge, giving their already powerful Ranger forms Super Dino Modes which enhanced their powers. For a Dino Thunder Power Ranger to enter this mode, they must call out 'Super Dino Mode' which will make their helmet let out a almost feral roar related to their Dinosaur at which point their suits will transform.

Tommy would eventually be called out to a dual with Zeltrax where he would learn the truth of what happened to his old friend, sending him retreating once more but this time with a heavy heart. Trent would learn that Zeltrax told Mesogog everything about his scheme to overthrow him, with Mesogog revealing himself to be Trent's father. Trent would later duel Zeltrax to be offically recognized as Mesogog's second in command. When Trent was framed by a monster Zeltrax made, Mesogog tried to kill him just for Mercer to narrowly save his son and restore him to his normal self, allowing him to fully control his White Dino Gem and unlock his own Super Dino Mode and offically join the Dino Thunder Power Rangers despite promising Mercer that he'd never tell the Rangers that his father is Mesogog. Trent would then work with Tommy to help retrive the Shield of Triumph, a mythical relic meant to unleash Conner's full potential as the Red Dino Thunder Power Ranger. Trent and Tommy contributed a portion of their power to the Shield of Triumph, exhausting them. Ethan and Kira would then contribute their power to the Shield of Triumph, exhausting them to the point of demorphing but finally helping Conner unlock his transformation into the Triassic Ranger and control the Triassic Mega Rover and transform it into the Mezodon Megazord, though this transformation requires Kira and Ethan to give the Shield of Triumph their power for the transformation which drains and demorphs them for a period so Conner only uses it as a last resort. Tommy would then battle Zeltrax for the final time, seemingly slaying his former friend.

A few days later, Ethan would go on a field trip to a museum dedicated to the ancient Eygptian pharoh Tutenhawken and attempt to decipher some hieroglyphics on a wall next to the pharoh's tomb, but would unintentionally put a bad luck curse on himself and awaken the bird monster pharoh. To combat the flying freak, Hayley would give Ethan the hovercraft cycle, a dirt bike colour-coded to his Tricera Ranger form with a Triceratops head on the front and the ability to change into 'Hover Mode' which flips the wheels and makes them quickly spin around, making the bike hover.

The next day, Tommy would attempt to demorph using a mysterious slime which did in fact demoph him, but turned his invisibility power into overdrive and made him unable to control it, turning him competely invisible. Meanwhile Ethan tried to go on a first date with Cassidy with the help of his team but was terrified and was unable to find a connection with her, despite having slowly helped her become more nice and genuine with Kira's help. Eventually, Cassidy would realize her new career as a reporter comes first and simply remained friends with Ethan, who was secretly thrilled his problem solved itself.

A few days later, Tommy would convince Hayley to use his powerful Black Dino Gem to try and restore his visibility which worked but shattered his Dino Gem and put him into a deep coma where he was forced to fight his past Ranger forms including Zeo Ranger 5, The White Tiger Ranger of the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers and of course the Green Ranger of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers. Having defeated them all and proven he would never give up, Tommy was given the fragements of his Black Dino Gem from his past selves after passing their test, allowing him to awake from his coma and save the Dino Thunder Power Rangers from a monster that had stolen their Dino Gems, allowing Tommy to unlock his own Super Dino Mode.

The next day, Tommy would return to teaching his science class. However, a old tree behind the school that Principal Randall wanted to remove much to the dismay of most protesting students secretly contained a powerful sap, one that was able to make a being much more powerful. A repaired Zeltrax, now having rebuilt himself and abandoned the service of Mesogog used the sap, growing much more powerful then Elsa who he easily overpowered before he transformed the tree into a powerful monster. Under the tree was a great life spring that could act like a fountain of eternal life, one that was useless with the tree gone.

A now more powerful Zeltrax would return with a giant version of the three monster, forcing Conner to combine all the Auxiliary Zords with the Mezodon Megazord to form the Triceramax Megazord to defeat it. Unfortunately, a friend of Conner's was kidnapped by Zeltrax and used as bait to lure the Red Ranger alone. Calling upon his heart and remembering Tommy's wisdom about confidence, Conner would unlock this Triassic Battlizer, using it to send Zeltrax retreating once again and leaving him on the run from both the Rangers and Mesogog.

Conner, Ethan and Kira all carry Thundermax Sabers holstered on their hip as their main weapon. The Thundermax Saber is a blaster that can be turned into a sharp curved sword, and are usually holstered on their user's hip in blaster mode.

The Dino Morphers are what the Dino Thunder Power Rangers use to morph into their Ranger forms. Created by Hayley Ziktor, the Morphers resemble the robotic heads of the Ranger's Zord which lets out a roar as the Ranger morphs. Conner's resembles his red Tyrannozord, Ethan's resembles his blue Tricerazord and Kira's resembles her yellow Pterazord. All three of these Morpher are of the same make, while Tommy's and Trent's are unique. Tommy's resembles his black and gold Brachiozord while Trent's resembles his white and black Dragozord. Of course, the Rangers only morph when they can't be seen to protect their secret identities. When not in use, the Morphers appear as a band around the user's wrist that contains their Dino Gem in the centre while still functioning as a communicator.

Conner McKnight is a cocky and sporty Reefside High School student who is the group's soccer fanatic, often seeming like a dumb, self-centred arrogant jock with a hot rod red muscle car that Conner is proud and protective over but Conner has a heart of gold and determination in spades. Conner is actually unable to swim and is afraid of water, though he masks this with his usual gruff sass. Conner is the leader of the Dino Thunder Power Rangers for that reason. Conner's Gem is the Red Dino Gem which gives him the ability to move at super speed. Conner is average height and has light brown hair and brown eyes. Conner is the Red Dino Thunder Power Ranger. Conner's personal weapon is the Tyrannostaff which is a red and white staff with a small T-Rex head at the end, and can be used as either a melee weapon or can release a energy orb like the Brachiostaff. Conner can combine his Tyrannostaff with the other Dino Thunder Power Rangers except Trent's Dragosword to form the Z-Rex Blaster, a massive energy cannon that requires the entire team to help hold and aim but unleashes the entire force of the Dino Thunder Power Rangers at it's target. Conner's Zord is the Tyrannozord, a red Tyrannosaurus Rex Zord that is bigger then both the Tricerazord and the Pterazord and forms the head, main body, egs and left arm of the Thundersaurus Megazord. Conner's Super Dino Mode makes his helmet roar and spiked armour project from the white spike patterns on his suit which hang off his suit like all Super Dino Modes for the Dino Thunder Power Rangers but Conner gains no unique physical change like Kira and Trent's Super Dino Modes. Conner is the only one capable of using the Shield of Triumph to it's full potential. The red, black and gold spiked Shield can turn Conner into the Triassic Ranger which turns his Tyranno Dino Morpher Gold, the Dinosaur foot emblem on his chest gold and makes gold shoulder pads appear on his suit. Conner's white spiked patterns on his suit also turn dark blue with golden triangular borders around them, along a golden T-rex's maw decal to appear around Conner's visor while his suit's arms and legs turn black and can stretch far away. However, this is only of the Triassic Ranger. Conner can turn the Shield of Triumph into the Sword of Triumph, which makes a long blade come out from the top of the Shield. When Conner enters Trassic Ranger mode Phase 2, he gains armour and thicker shoulder pads, in addition to his spike patterns turning into spiked armour that hangs off his suit. Two large cannons appear on Conner's shoulder pads which he can fire by squeezing the underbarrel grips near his face. Conner can also take his foe to the Triassic Dimension in this form, a abstract dimension where Conner's powers are amplified.

Ethan James is a intelligent Reefside High School student who is the group's nerd who is often sarcastic and chooses to spend most of his time gaming despite his intelligence. Ethan's Gem is the Blue Dino Gem which gives him the ability to make his skin impenetrable and tough as steel. Ethan is average height, is African-American and has black hair and brown eyes. Ethan is the Blue Dino Thunder Power Ranger and uses Triceratops Power. Ethan's personal weapon is the Tricera-Shield which is a blue shield resembling a Triceratop's horned head. Ethan's Zord is the Tricerazord, a blue Trceratops Zords that forms the right arm of the Thundersaurus Megazord. Ethan's Super Dino Mode makes his helmet roar and spiked armour project out his Ranger suit's white spike pattern designs that hangs off his suit like all Super Dino Modes of all the Dino Thunder Power Rangers but Ethan's suit gains no unique physical change from undergoing the almost feral transformation.

Kira Ford is a clever Reefside High School student who chooses to hide her femininity and true wit behind her sass and her angsty punk persona. Kira's true intelligence is shown in her lyrics and her heart as a struggling singer who's best friend Kylee Styles became a famous yet shallow musician. Kira's Dino Gem is the Yellow Dino Gem which gives her the ability to create destructive sonic Ptera Screams which are strong enough to send foes flying back and turn them temporarily deaf. Kira is average height with curly long blonde hair and hazel eyes. Kira is the Yellow Dino Thunder Power Ranger and uses Ptera power. Kira's personal weapon are the Ptera grips, which are dual daggers shaped like a Pteranodon's head. Kira's Zord is the Pterazord, a yellow Pteranodon Zord that forms the helmet of and chest armour of the Thundersaurus Megazord. Kira's Super Dino Mode makes her helmet roar and spiked armour project out from her Ranger suit's white spike pattern designs that hangs off her suit like all the Super Dino Modes of all the Dino Thunder Power Rangers, but Kira's suit gains the unique addition of wings under her arms that allow her to fly using the almost feral transformation.

Trent Fernandez-Mercer is a artistic and kind Reefside High School student who is the adopted son of the highly successful businessman and millionare paleontologist Dr Anton Mercer. Trent's parents were Archaeologists who were killed during a cave-in, leaving Anton as Trent's godfather turned adoptive father. When Trent became a teen, he started working part-time at Hayley's Cyberspace cafe in addition to continuing his passionate hobby of drawing, both of which Aton disapproved of and believed Trent should be doing things more befitting a Mercer. When Trent was in his father's office, he found and accidentally entered a Invisiportal which teleported him directly to Mesogog's lair where he found the powerful white Dino Gem. However, the White Dino Gem had a mind of it's own and slowly started to corrupt Trent to evil and transforming Trent into the White Ranger randomly. Eventually with the help of his father, Trent's Drago Morpher and White Dino Gem was hit by a blast that destroyed the evil in the Gem but left the Powers, returning Trent to his old self. Before Trent raced off to help the Dino Thunder Power Rangers while his father transformed back into Mesogog, Trent promised not to tell the Rangers of his split personality, believing his father can create a cure himself to get rid of Mesogog. Trent's Dino Gem is the White Dino Gem which gives him the abilities to both camouflage himself and move at Super Speed, though not as fast as Conner. Trent is average height, Hispanic, has dark eyes and messy black hair. Trent is the White Dino Thunder Power Ranger and uses Dragozord Power. Trent's ranger form differs heavily from Conner, Ethan and Kira's. While the main three Dino Thunder Power Rangers' Ranger Forms simply have their suits be their colour with white triangle patterns on their sides, uniquely shaped black visors on their helmets which also have unique shapes and a three pointed golden Dinosaur foot symbol on their chest along with gold assesories, Trent's white ranger form has a red visor in the shape of a stylized x on it's helmet which has a sharp black fin on top, a mostly white suit with black spike designs all over the suit, a armour piece that covered he shoulders and chest and all of his outfit pieces having a golden trim. Trent's personal weapon is his Dragosword, having no Thundermax Saber like the other three main Rangers yet his Dragosword can construct objects out of thin air like a magic pen, with Trent most commonly using it to construct fast-moving golden laser arrows which he sends at his opponents by pointing his Dragosword. Trent's Zord is the Dragozord, a massive white Tupuxura Zord that can combine with the Stegozord Auxiliary Zord to form the Dino Stegozord. Trent's Super Dino Mode makes his helmet roar to start the almost feral transformation, with the black spike pattern designs on his Ranger suit turning into spiked armour that hangs off his suit, though Trent has more spikes on his suit then the other Rangers, using two spikes in his wrists as blades.

Tommy Oliver is a smart and sarcastic science teacher at Reefside High School. Tommy is experienced in both the classroom and being a Power Ranger, being possibly the best one alive. Tommy serves as the team's advisor, being both empathetic yet motivating. Tommy's Dino Gem is the Black Dino Gem which gives him the ability to turn invisible. Tommy is tall and muscular with fair skin, brown eyes and jagged black hair. Tommy is the Black Dino Thunder Power Ranger and uses Brachiosarus power. Tommy's personal weapon is the Brachiostaff, a large staff with the end shaped like a Brachiosarus' head and neck. The Brachiostaff has four strike modes which allow it to do different attacks which include: Wind Strike, which allows Tommy to create a localized tornado, Earth Strike allows Tommy to create a localized earthquake, Fire Strike allows Tommy to spew lava from the Brachiostaff and Wave Strike is the one Tommy uses the most which allows him to create a giant wave for the Stegozord Auxiliary Zord to surf with the Thundersaurus Megazord. The Brachiostaff can also great a powerful gold energy orb, similar to Conner's Tyrannostaff. Tommy has no Thundermax Saber. Tommy's Ranger form also differs slightly to Conner, Ethan and Kira's Ranger Forms. Tommy's Ranger suit is almost totally black with golden spike pattern designs, with a stylised golden 'x' around his helmet's black visor, golden shoulder pads and assesories. Tommy's Zord is the Brachiozord, a massive black and gold Brachiosarus bigger then all three of the unmerged main Zords, which it carries inside it alongside all the Auxiliary Zords. Tommy's Super Dino Mode makes his helmet roar to start the almost feral transformation, with the gold spike pattern designs on his suit becoming spiked armour that hangs off his Ranger suit like what Super Dino Mode does to all the Dino Thunder Power Rangers, though Tommy gains no unique physical change like Kira and Trent. Tommy's Morpher is the Brachio Morpher which consists of two parts. The main Morpher on Tommy's wrist resembles the black and gold head of a Brachiosaurus while Tommy must insert a special key into the Morpher to morph into his Ranger Form.

Hayley Ziktor is the computer-smart and sassy owner of the Cyberspace cafe where the Rangers and teens of Freeside frequent in their spare time. Hayley always seems mysteriously knowledgeable about her customers, and maintains gear and invents new gadgets for the Power Rangers. Hayley is also often calm and collected, offering good advise to those who listen. Hayley is average height with long red hair and hazel eyes.

The main Dinozords, those being the Tyrannozord, the Tricerazord and the Pterazord all come together to combine and form the Thundersaurus Megazord, with the Tyrannozord forming the main body and left arm, the Tricerazord forming the right arm and the Pterazord forming the chestplate and helmet. The Thundersaurus Megazord's left arm is the tail of the Tyrannozord, acting as a powerful spinning drill. Meanwhile the Thundersaurus Megazord's right arm is the literal body of the Tricerazord, with the horned face acting as a shield. Both of these arms can be retracted to allow the Thundersaurus Megazord to use one of the many Auxiliary Zords. These are: The Cephalazord, a purple Pachycephalosaurus zord that replaces the Tricerazord in the combination to become a powerful fist built for punching using it's thick skull. Next is the Dimetrozord, a cyan Dimetrosaurus zord that replaces the Thundersaurus's left tail arm form a sharp buzzsaw. Next is the Parasaurzors, a lime green Parasaurolophus zord that replaces the left tail arm as well to form a pair of scissors. Finally is the Ankylozord, a orange Ankylosaurus which replaces the Tricerazord right arm to form a combination drill-shield weapon. These Auxiliary Zords are stored inside Tommy's zord awaiting their time to be used. When Conner or one of the Rangers call upon such a Zord, their Dino Morpher changes to be the face of the zord. Mesogog is the evil humanoid dinosaur mutant with the sinister plot to return Earth to the age of the Dinosaurs. The freakish psychopath has no moral objections about fulfilling his plot, often punishing his troops after they fail. Mesogog is tall with yellow reptile eyes, no hair and freakish dry light green scales with red tipped claws, a thick red line going across his forehead and sharp teeth in his maw. Mesogog has super speed and strength along with pisonic powers, and often wears dark robes and has the ability to open Invisiportals. Mesogog is the split personality of the often logical and cold-seeming palentogist and businessman Anton Mercer, who is constantly trying to cure himself of his secret split personality that controls him. Anton is average height with blue eyes and straight blonde hair.

Zeltrax is the former main general of Mesogog's army, now reduced to hiding from both the Power Rangers and Mesogog's wrath. Zeltrax was once Tommy's friend Smitty, but Smitty grew to resent Tommy after he was chosen over him to work on a project with Anton Mercer. In the same accident that created Mesogog, Smitty was mortally wounded by Mesogog found him and rebuilt him as the ruthless Ammonite-themed cyborg general Zeltrax. Zeltrax is tall and muscular with a black cyborg body with blue lights all over his body but no visible eyes. Zeltrax carries a turquoise gladius-like retractable sword in a sheath below his left knee as well as a indestructible shield and the ability to fire lightning blasts.

Elsa is a empowered human in service of Mesogog after he kidnapped and brainwashed her years ago. Elsa masquerades as Principal Randall to keep a eye on Tommy and the Power Rangers. Elsa is evil and cruel, but takes up making students' lives miserable and prowling the halls of Reefside High School as Principal Randall as her personal hobby. Elsa often fakes having a crush on Tommy to get close to him and get information off him, though the spy is actually catching feelings the more time around him she spends. Elsa is not as strong as Zeltrax or Mesogog but is still fairly strong and skilled in combat with her sword despite her many failures. Elsa mostly resides at Mesogog's lair using the Geno-Randomizer, which is a machine that combines selected samples of genomes and DNA to create powerful monsters. Elsa also helps run the Hydro Regenerator, a machine that projects storm clouds above a recently defeated monster's dried chunks, regenerating them to giant size which forces the Dino Thunder Power Rangers to call upon Megazords. Elsa is average height with brown eyes, short black hair and tan skin. When disguised as Principal Randall, Elsa wears glasses and a suit.

Cassidy Agnes Cornell is a typical spoiled valley girl with a rich father and a shallow personality. Cassidy is always attempting a new hare-brained scheme to get famous, being a nosy reporter constantly trying to interview the Dino Thunder Power Rangers, often getting in their way alongside her bumbling assistant Devin. Cassidy is average height with blue eyes, long blonde hair and a beautiful face. Cassidy usually wears frilly pink girly outfits.

Devin Del Valle is the simple-minded but well-meaning friend/personal slave and cameraman for Cassidy Cornell. The loyal friend often does everything for the uptight Cassidy, meaning she literally could not get through her day without him despite acting so mean to him. Devin is surprisingly skilled with technology and video games too. Devin is average height with green eyes and curly brown hair.
