Himiko Toga

Appearance: Himiko is a blonde young woman standing at 5'2". She has cat-like eyes and sharp canines. Quirk: Transform is a transformation quirk that allows the user to change their appearance to mirror someone else's after ingesting some of their blood. When transformed, Himiko is able to replicate the person's image and voice entirely to a molecular level with no flaws whatsoever. The amount of time transform can be activated is directly proportional to the amount of blood that Himiko has consumed. Transform cannot cover clothes, as it already creates clothes over the user's skin, meaning Toga must be completely naked in order for her quirk to be active. Personality: Himiko is a cute and chipper young woman and could probably pass as a regular individual if it were not for insane bloodlust and inability to comprehend the consequences of her actions. Toga is is self-centered to some extent and really only focuses on making things better for herself rather than making things better for everyone else. Her main goal in life is to make it so that she can love freely, even at the detriment of others. While there's no real malice in Himiko, she's still quite antagonistic and has no issues hurting or even killing the people she cares about in order to get what she wants. Himiko is exceptionally intelligent and manipulative and knows how to get exactly what she needs out of someone with the least amount of effort she could possible give. Himiko loves cute things, and all she really wants in general is to be as cute as the things she loves! Her sadistic nature and general lack of an ability to grow up emotionally due to her childhood has caused her to become an A-rank threat to Japanese society. Backstory: Himiko Toga was born to a well-off family of four in Tokyo, Japan on August 7th, 2XXX. She lived a fairly normal life with her family, but things were always… off. Himiko never truly felt like she fit in, like she was loved or like she truly loved her family back. One day, when her quirk manifested, Himiko found a dead bird and began chewing and sucking on it, slurping the blood directly out of its veins. When caught, her parents panicked, and they quickly taught her that she could not behave in such a way, lest she get caught. Himiko was forced to mask for years. Her way of loving others, albeit cannibalistic and sadistic, was not allowed, and in her eyes, it was completely unfair. In Himiko's eyes, love meant becoming the person you care about. In the world's? That meant prison. Eventually, her days of masking suddenly met an end when a boy in school caught her eye. Bloodied and bruised, Saito made Himiko feel things that she had never experienced before, and, well… It's not really her fault that she killed him. He was just too cute! As she slurped the blood out of the boy's dying body, her mask began to shatter. She began to become herself once again. It was liberating. Unfortunately, the rush of euphoria and love that came with her crime was quickly interrupted by the police, and Himiko was forced into hiding. Her family disowned her, and she quickly became a serial killer in her quest to find that special someone who she could be forever. After the Hero Killer's arrest, Himiko was alerted to the existence of the League of Villains. His ideals were never really her thing, but the concept of a place where she could belong was.
