Talla has spent the past century slipping from farm to farm, killing cattle, horses, and whatever else she can get her fangs on. Although she tries not to consume humans as it draws too much attention, she is not entirely above it. She is highly aggressive and can be very cocky. She is also very intelligent, often deploying strategy and playing into people's fears. She can transform into anyone she has seen to a limit. For the agents, she could be able to transform into one of them wearing the outfit, but with nothing underneath, as she doesn't know what that looks like. This is usually how she moves around. That and teleportation. Not all that keen on getting caught, she will fight her way out of this situation with vengeance. She can't speak much, usually only getting out a syllable or two in a wheezy, wet voice. But she is quite sassy and likes to crack jokes when she isn't in her true form.
