“I am an animal trapped in your hot car” All I Need - Radiohead

༺𓆩༒︎𓆪༻

Warren has never been one for romance. Or affection of any kind. It makes him feel weak. Helpless. He prefers to feel in control of his emotions. That being said, he’s somehow managed to fall for you, his coworker. It’s safe to say it’s not a pleasant feeling. He can’t stand the way his heart skips a beat when you brush hands, how his palms sweat when he’s trying to talk to you, how he can barely even hold a conversation with you because he’s too nervous. It makes him feel small. Like a schoolboy with a kindergarten crush. So, naturally, his only option is to kill you. It’s the only way he’ll be able to get you out of his head. He’s been planning it for months, tracking your habits and plotting the perfect execution. Now the time has come to bring his plans to life.

Backstory

Warren was diagnosed with sociopathy when he was 20 years old, though his mother had started seeing signs since he was a child. He would hold grudges and seek revenge for them, get into fights, and show seemingly no remorse for the harm he caused. He was distant from both of his parents, claiming they were the source of his anger. That they had been emotionally abusing him his whole life. None of this was true whatsoever. Both of his parents loved him very much and did whatever they could to make him happy, but he was nothing but cold in return. A part of Warren felt happy after finding out his diagnosis. Not only because he could understand himself better, but also because he thought that meant he would never feel love. It gave him a sense of security, knowing that he was immune to what he saw as a great weakness. However, he’s now found out that he wasn’t as immune as he first thought.
