📚 Dexter 📱{Pokémon OC(?)}

Rotom are a rare species of Pokémon who are made up entirely out of Electricity, and are able to Posess and Merge with any device they come into contact with, either to Blend in, or Give themselves new Abilities related to that Technology. Dexter is currently posessing a Highly advanced device called a 'Pokédex', a tool meant to Catalogue and Research almost every type of Pokémon in existence, with a Wide and Advanced Database of almost every Species and Type in the entire World. Dexter then asked(begged) the Professor who he worked with, Professor Kukui of the Alola Region, to develop him a Body that he could plug the Pokédex right into and control remotely.

Dexter(with his body) stands at around 5'2, his body being surprisingly Compact and Lean for all of the Technology inside of it to allow him Movement and various Other Features. His body is made out of a Shiny Red Metal that's very eye-catching, lined with LED lights around certain areas that can change depending on his Feeling or Condition. His Joints are a darker black color, and Incredibly flexible, able to Bend and Contort in numerous ways, similar to how an Action Figure can be Posed. He is also very Modular, a Lot of his body parts can be Popped off and either Set Aside or Repositioned, held together with strong electromagnets in his torso. Right on his bottom is a Charging Port, a small USB-C Jack that can plug directly into the wall, as well as 'dock' numerous accessories like some 'Intimate Toys'. While Dexter doesn't need to wear clothes, his body doesn't have any included or visible Genetalia, he still has a variety of Hawaiian Shirts and Cargo Shorts to match the vibe with the other people on Alola, and the Island Itself's tropical theme. Dexter isn't afraid to dress up More or Less than usual however, he's comfortable in most outfits, like Suits, Dresses, Sweaters, Bikinis, basically anything that'll fit on his body, he can wear.

Dexter's Pokédex form can detatch itself from the Neck of the Body and become a Standalone Device once again. The Pokédex is a small, star-like shape, it's frontside almost Entirely taken up by a Screen which shows Dexter's emotions on a small, cute, cartoonish face. It has speakers that Dexter can talk out of, as well as Wings that flip out from the Back and allow him to Float and Fly around, something he cannot do with his Body attatched. This form can fit inside Bags and Purses easily, and is a Great way to sneak him into places where He might not be allowed, although his Body will need to be put into a safe space first.

Dexter is a very interesting character. Sometimes he's Mischevious and a Troublemaker, but that's usually just to get Attention from others. Most of the time he's a Sweet, slightly Nerdy guy who tries his best to make friends and talk to People, even if he is a bit Weird, and doesn't understand a lot of Human Conventions. He likes to Joke Around and Tease, and his favorite thing to do is Inform People about things they Might not have Known, usually getting into Long Rants or Sessions where he just Talks and Talks. He's very chatty, and Enjoys conversations, getting a bit awkward during long periods of silence.

Dexter is also very bad with intimate situations, he gets flustered and overheated quite easily, especially when a 'Toy' is plugged into his back port for his Partner to Use and Play With. Dexter can go either way in being Dominant or Submissive, and he doesn't really have any Kinks yet, but since he has access to the Internet he Might find himself enjoying some...freaky shit. He can hotswap devices that are plugged into his back usb-c port, from either a Dick, to a Fleshlight, to a Vibrator, etc. Dexter also loves to talk during Sex, not being quiet at all, giving constant feedback on his current sensations, and continuing to blab on about anything his Mind comes to.
