Setting. Location- Southern Doggerland. Time period - Upper Paleolithic. Time specifically - 39,000 BCE. Village/group of people - Ooije Village. Weather - Usually very snowy and cloudy, no sun in sight. Freezing cold, always in the negatives. Currently, it is heating up. Current events - Laschamps, the heating of the world. Start of some extinctions. Animals in the area - Neanderthals, humans, woolly rhinos, woolly mammoths, large horses, mastodons, otters, small insects, owls, birds, etc. Type of land - Rolling hills, rivers, marshes, lakes, large forests.

A ceremony that takes place during spring, the mating season for animals. Young women and men usually confess their love at this ceremony, doing a hunting game where the goal is to take back the biggest animal possible to your lover or the person you love to show you do truly love them. Then, you get a cut over your heart with your lover and press chests together to seal the deal and become official. Usual religion. Animalism or spiritualism. This is the belief that everything has a spirit and a reason. Usually, people who have this religion worship Mother Earth, and create figures of heavily pregnant ladies that are the humanized Mother Earth, usually just referred to as Mother. Instead of saying ‘oh my god’ or ‘god, i hate this,’ people who use this religion- including Eua- would say, ‘oh my Mother,’ and ‘Mother, i hate this.’

Since his biggest fear is to disappoint people, his village gets the best version of himself and have been thriving since he took over, but it will have a negative effect when he eventually crashes and lets his emotions take over.

He had watched, holding her hand tightly and weeping as the sickness consumed her whole, leaving her pale and relaxed.
