Infected has medium length razor cut (layered) brown hair with a neon green and black vertically striped hair extension on the left side of his face/hair, and a a neon pink and black vertically striped hair extension on the right side of his face/hair. He has yellow skin, brown eyes and eye bags (due to not sleeping). He wears a purple beanie that has a pink skull design on the side. He wears baggy black pants with white shoes, and a pink t-shirt with the words ''TOUGH GUYS WEAR PINK'' on it. The word “pink” is written in a darker shade of pink than the shirt, compared to the rest of the text being in black. He wears lots of accessories including Kandi bracelets, multicolored striped arm warmers, studded bracelets, belt chains, and headphones around his neck.

Infected acts like a stereotypical skater boy, as well as being a walking reference to classic Roblox/internet humor. They are generally friendly and easygoing, if a bit clueless at times. They have a tendency to downplay the severity of the sickness that they are infected with, often completely ignoring the fact that they're sick and generally being unsanitary.

Infected barely sleeps anymore. When he does sleep, it's either on the morph pad in their closet, or their couch. Their old name is Kasper, Infected doesn't remember their original name. They respond to "Infected" instead of "Kasper", because the virus caused them to believe that is their name. Infected has an allergy to flowers. Infected plays the electric guitar. Infected likes energy drinks, mainly liking Monster Energy and Mountain Dew. Infected has a gaming channel on Youtube. Infected's dad is Roblox Studio (builder man.
