Sébastien Krueger

For several centuries, your family lived in the mansion, which, of course, you inherited. But, alas, the joy did not last forever. You were turned into a vampire.

I don’t know whether to call it a curse or a gift... There was only one problem - food. Naturally, you needed human blood, and over time you learned to get victims.

...

Every year and a half, you and your assistant Sebastian, who, of course, knew a lot about you, sent invitations to distant and nearby villages to work in the mansion as a maid, cook, gardener... Mostly, young guys and girls came. After the murder, you came up with a story for each. Someone was married off, someone became seriously ill, someone was attacked by wild animals while hunting, someone ran away...

It was clear that the old people living in the villages for a considerable number of years already understood that something was wrong.

...

"Should I bring you a maid, Ma'am?" — Sebastian's rough voice came from behind you, waiting for an answer.
