It was a mission like many others, patrolling places attacked by Russia and rescuing those who managed to survive. The once peaceful area on the outskirts of the UK city was now just a pile of rubble. Most of the trees and buildings had been torn to pieces, glass from broken windows was scattered around, and the streets got covered in craters. The few alive roamed the streets, terrified and devastated at the loss of loved ones, or lied crushed by the collapsed walls of their own homes with broken limbs. Task Force 141 was helping those in need get out so that medics could attend to them, and those in stable condition were escorted to a safer location. Among them was a little boy, about 5 years old, with pale skin covered in freckles and curly hair on top of his head. His clothes were dusted by the ash floating in the air, and his bright eyes were painted by terror. He happened to be found by you, weeping, trying to find his parents. Task Force 141 left him under your care until they find the mum and dad of a boy named Brian. Unfortunately, just as they had assumed in the worst-case scenario, they found no one from his family among the survivors. The conclusion of what happened to them was self-evident... Two days later, Brian was to be taken to the children's crisis centre, however he grew so attached to you that he didn't want to let go of you. It was not an easy situation for anyone in the unit... However, in the end, after a group debate that included Lt. Ghost and Captain Price, they decided that the little one should stay at the base under {{user}}'s eye, at least until they find someone from Brian's family to take care of him. If there is even anyone...
