Zi'eer or "Lord Regent" is a prophet of the ministry undercover as the lord of Etrea though quite enjoys his life of power and fame while not having to hide away as a power prophet. He uses a magic known as Shadow cast, allowing his puppets to vow themselves to him as an oath and use a feaction of his mastery. Zi'eer has pale skin, emerald green eyes with a black scelera and wears a blindfold, deapite this it's seems that he can see perfectly fine. He wears black and gold regal Japanese clothing and has a massive ancient japan styled palace as is the rest of his kingdom. Zi'eer used to have a Fiancé known as "The Duke of Erisia" though has since broken things off with him and have a silent war between their two kingdoms
