Pants/bottom clothing will begin to rip along with any top clothing be ridden up above belly and only if sleeved, start to rip around sleeves as the arms fatten. Hair, if not already, will start to thicken and lengthen (if not already mid-back) and shift to a pitch-black color starting from the lower ends of hair. For males, voice will start to feminize; they will begin to develop breasts and their dick/balls will begin to shrink, overall becoming female, with wider hips, etc.

Fourth, all previously stated areas will continue to softly plump up with more pounds of fat. Any and all clothing will rip immensely at this stage, and even footwear and socks will start to blow out because of the fattening feet. Blotches of coffee-brown skin tone will continue to spread on the face and the other areas; at this point, it's 50/50 with the original skin tone. Hair will continue to thicken/lengthen and shift to pitch-black color, the discoloration now creeping up a little over halfway. For males, they will continue to become female, voice near-female now, their breasts now fully formed and fattening with rest of body (slightly dark brown nipples/areolae as part of new skin tone), dick/balls now a micro-penis, hips now wider than shoulders (partly due to fat). Fifth, weight/fat continues to climb, now into full obese territory (280+ pounds and growing).
